Séverine’s house is an extremely well appointed residence. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and beautiful rural area. The pretty village of La Baconnière is only a short drive away, where you will find an excellent restaurant/bar, a boulangerie and a small grocery shop. I would definitely recommend a stay at Séverine’s place!

We had an amazing stay at Cyril's place. It is a beautifully restored 12th century tower with a large modern kitchen, fabulous living room with an enormous original fireplace and the master bedroom is outstanding. The garden is private and very large with a lovely swimming pool that we used morning and night. Cyril met us upon arrival and showed us around the house and property and explained everything we needed to know. The property and our visit far exceeded our expectation and we can't wait to book this special property again in the future.

We stayed over a month at Karine’s apartment. Very convenient for traveling by train and an easy walk to downtown and the river. Food and shopping close at hand. Our hosts, who live in the same building, were friendly and kind, very quick to respond to our messages. Really a lovely family. We had a comfortable stay in Laval and the apartment was a good value.

It appears larger than it actually is because the organization and structure of the premises are rational. Frédéric is very responsive, friendly, and clear in his instructions.
