Your family will be close to EVERYTHING when you stay in this Prescott Valley home. Our home is a 3 min drive to Starbucks, Walmart, Frys, Harkins Movie Theater, Findlay Toyota Center, YRMC hospital, Mountain Valley Park,stores, shopping&more. Our home is a 17 min drive away from historic downtown Prescott. There are many beautiful lakes,hiking trails & parks nearby. Our home is very spacious with a huge 65inch tv in the Living Room for the whole family to enjoy after a fun day of sight seeing.

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Katherine's place was wonderful—cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication was excellent, and she went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly, especially given the snowy weather during our stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, and my brother, who stayed there while visiting, felt very much at home. Katherine truly embodies what Airbnb hosting is all about. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again!

I’ve stayed at AirBnBs for 10+ years and we chose to stay here for 5 days during a cross country road trip/move to visit with local family. This has by far been the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. There is absolutely everything you can think of, high end finishes/touches throughout, and the view is amazing. The host is phenomenally responsive and was at the ready for any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough and we have this bookmarked for future family trips!! Thank you so much!!

This house is beautiful! Backyard is spacious and comfortable especially for a family with kids/pets. The house is fully equipped with everything you need! The house was also very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
