Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

One bedroom One bath duplex. Sleeps four people. King size bed in the bedroom and pull out Queen sofa in the spacious living room Formal dining room separate from living room. Bedroom has mirrored wardrobe doors and adjoining Bathroom. Every just remodeled, New kitchen-cabinets stove and stove fan. Laundry room is off the kitchen with new upright, washer and dryer. Bathroom is freshly tiled on the floor and in the tub walls. The rest of the house has new vinyl floors. New Double pane windows.
