We had a beach stay out of summer season, which means most shops are closed during the season. Nevertheless, there was plenty of offer in the vicinity and the restaurants that were open were excellent. Mamen's apartment was absolutely sufficient for the stay and would still have room for more guests. A few with up to two children would also have been able to find space without any problems. A washing machine is also offered and can help with longer stays. The arrangement with me via check-in and check-out was possible smoothly via messenger. English / Spanish no problem!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

The place was just fantastically beautiful. Super loving hosts who spoil their guests with welcome drink wine, beer and water in the fridge. A true oasis with many different places to enjoy and relax. The well-maintained swimming pond makes your stay pleasant even in the heat and offers a wonderful ambience in the evening with atmospheric lighting. The apartment is comfortable and offers everything you need and extra wishes are also gladly fulfilled by Simona and Rob. We would also give more stars. 🤗

It's a wonderful house. It is very well located. It has everything you need to enjoy it. It's a shame that the deal is simply business. The check-out time was 12:00. We asked to extend it a little, and for this we had to pay a disproportionate amount for 5 more hours, all by message. Airbnb should regulate that. Since we were traveling with a baby, and our flight was very late, we had to do it. This is the first time this has happened to us without anyone logging in the next day (we know this because as soon as we paid, there were no problems). Of course, it is not mandatory, it is a courtesy, and other times we have not needed it, or we have not asked for it. They made a serious mistake telling us that breakfast was included, and when we went, they told us that they had made a mistake. And that everyone makes mistakes. In any case, the house is wonderful. Perfect for a great few days.
