47 sqm apartment, located on the 1st floor of a secure residence. This apartment welcomes you for a tourist stay as well asa business trip. It is fully equipped with new bedding of 160. Close to all amenities (Leclerc five minutes by car). You will be quiet with a view of the fields. Small pleasant town in the historic heart with its traditional market. La Rochelle at 1 hour, Saintes 30 minutes, Cognac 45 minutes, Châtelaillon-Plage 45 minutes.
