Amazing Tree House on Black River Near Old Forge

A rustic unique Tree House on the Black River was designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature...Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint seven sided treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Deer Trax is walking distance to town. It is only minutes away from Enchanted Forest and all what Old Forge has to offer. This would be the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. It is right on the trail, and with space to park your trailer.

We have the fix for your cabin fever! Our 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath house is right in the heart of Old Forge. Walk to shopping, dining, hiking, and boating. Water Safari and Enchanted Forest too! Plenty of room to spread out in the single family home. Very clean and recently updated throughout. Large yard and bonfire area. Recent addition of garage and owners quarters above garage. Owners not on property May-Oct 1st.
