Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

This cozy and inviting space has two bedrooms and loft area each including a queen size bed and TV for your comfort. Make yourself at home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Once your meal is complete gather around the dining table or island for a scoff. If indoor cooking isn’t on the menu, perhaps a bbq on the outdoor patio, watching the sunset and staying toasty around the fire.

This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.
