A beautiful house deep in the Medina. Clean, nicely decorated, and with an exceptional roof terrace! Jonathan is an excellent host in every way! Friendly, great communication from the beginning, proactive, and always ready to help. A great value and we would not hesitate to stay again if we had the opportunity.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

Nice place, well laid out, clean and close to all amenities. Kaoutar is very nice, super responsive. Recommended!

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well kept. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to respond to our needs. The location is ideal, only 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M 'diq, making excursions very easy. An experience to repeat, I'll be back with pleasure!

A little gem that made our stay in Cabo Negro perfect. Peaceful and beautiful, the terrace was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. The apartment is perfectly in line with the listing, even better: clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. Very well located apartment close to the beach and the city center (you can do everything on foot while being far enough away to enjoy the calm. The arrival is flexible, since it was the caretaker of the building who welcomed us with, in addition, a basket of fruit as well as a bottle of water. So pleasant gesture! the apartment is extremely clean. you can go there without a second thought.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thank you again for this vacation!
