Incredible lakefront home, private community with a playground and tennis court. Private dock steps away. Boat ramp less than 10 min away. Water views from the dining room and back deck where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the peace. Minutes from Clarksville. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Bunk room has a 3 person bunk including a trundle. Downstairs has a TV to relax in the evenings, and a game room with an original Nintendo, foosball and air hockey for those family challenges!

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
