El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

He don’t communicate too well and I have only one bed sheet for nine days, that was my biggest issue with him, but the place was very nice and location

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

Mi lindo lugar, sin dudas volvería a hospedarme allí. La atención del edificio impecable y ni hablar de la atención del anfitrión, la verdad que tuvimos unos cambios de vuelo y ella no dudó en darnos una solución, estamos muy agradecidos!

Muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo e bem silencioso pra descansar. Região muito agradável e segura, tem supermercado e centro comercial perto. Pra quem busca uma experiência como “locais”.

One of the best Air bnb apartments we have visited. Super clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need and more for a great visit to Medellin. It’s a few steps from the metro, which is very convenient to get just about anywhere; yet it is located on a side street away from the noise and bustle. Walkable to great cafes and restaurants in Laureles and we felt very safe. It’s an excellent value and we are glad we chose this place.

Overall, beautiful Airbnb with all of the accommodations I needed. Everything was spotless and everyone was super helpful from the moment I arrived. Only thing to note was there were some construction noises that could impact day time work meetings, but other than that my stay was perfect! Also, those noises could just be temporary, so really not something to keep you from booking this location. I would highly recommend this spot :) a big thank you to Daniel!

La ayuda y familiaridad con la que atiende Isabel permitió que mi familia tuviera unas vacaciones inolvidables. La hospitalidad con la que Carolina apoyo para todo lo relacionado con El hospedaje fue increíble. De seguro una próxima visita a Medellín siempre trataré de hacerlo con Isabel.

Modern building with excellent features. Great WiFi with 98 mbps download speeds. Hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Definitivamente que Parceros House es uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que hemos estado, somos nómadas y trabajar desde este lugar fue increíble, tienen el mejor coworking, te hacen sentir como en casa, puntos extras a los hosts y a Carolina que es la encargada de la limpieza del lugar, siempre con la mejor actitud en ayudar. Nice apartment with a great view. Stores and restaurants surround you and extremely walkable. There's even a grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive. Even if unsuccessful, he tried to correct any issues I presented to him. I'd stay there again
