Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Medellin

Everything was perfect, the apartment is as shown in the publication, the hostess was very attentive, she even helped me receive some packages at her house, the toilet float broke and the hostess solved the problem immediately, always attentive to anything, and very kind and nice, the neighborhood was very quiet with several restaurants. It is on the street and since instead of a door you enter through a large window with a grate, there is no sound insulation, you can hear the noises of people on the street, and people outside can hear what you do inside the room. If this small detail does not bother you, it is a perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring Medellin, very grateful.

Great place, felt just like home. Spacious, clean, homely, had everything I needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty, felt very safe walking around. Gabriel was always helpful when needed. Highly recommend it.

So it was really a nice and safe neighborhood. My host was a very nice young man, so I would recommend it to anyone.

The accommodation is amazing, everything was ready, they were always attentive to our questions. The common areas and the terrace are undoubtedly the best. We would stay again.

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

This apartment located in Guayabal, a few minutes from Poblado, is a great place within a safe residential complex and with an excellent location, getting there is very easy, either by Uber, public transport or even metro. It has card entry to the apartment and access to the house with facial recognition, the place is spectacular: private jacuzzi, X-Box, Alexa, a huge TV and a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to stay. The gas grill is ideal for a barbecue night, but if you prefer to go out, nearby restaurants offer flavors that conquer. The best part? A catamaran-style mesh where you can lie back and watch the city light up at night, a magical experience! In addition, the complex has a banking correspondent who facilitates any diligence, and Juan, the host, was amazing: attentive, kind and always available, making everything flow, recommended by me 👌🏽

An excellent place to stay – I highly recommend it! Yony's apartment impressed me a lot. It is functional, comfortable and keeps things impeccably clean. The area is safe, allowing you to relax completely. Communication with the host was smooth: Yony always responded quickly and was willing to help. Great place in Aranjuez neighborhood area. 15 minute walk to metro, if noise bothers you bring ear plugs to sleep, road is busy at night. Yefer is very friendly and always responds to any questions. The place is just like the photos and perfect for the 5 people we had staying there. Could definitely fit a few more people up to 8 like the description says.

I was a great little place. It had everything that I needed. It was in a nice neighborhood. The train station is right there, so you can go anywhere. I really enjoyed my time.

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

Well located apartment, 2 blocks from 70 Diana is always receptive and kind Hot water, kitchen with everything you need, cleaning service. I recommend it !
