This place was a gem! Nathalia and her team were incredibly responsive—communication was fast and smooth. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check-in and check-out. It was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, featuring Alexa, a stunning city view, a clean kitchenette, and a fully stocked bathroom. Laundry was conveniently located on the same floor and easy to use with the Speed Queen app—no cash needed. There’s also a small shop in the building with snacks and essentials. While it’s not a hotel, it’s kept very clean and feels just as nice. The location is perfect—great restaurants, stores, and everything you need within 5–15 minutes. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Medellín!

The apartment was beautiful and the perfect location for our stay. This apartment was in a quiet and private neighborhood within walkable distance of amazing restaurants and vibrant businesses. A huge plus about this apartment is the fact that it has spaces where we could hang out during a night in. I highly recommend both Santiago and this apartment! We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for a family or friends gathering. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.
