# El Poblado Apartment Review Stunning apartment with amazing views, exactly as advertised. Perfect workspace for digital nomads with a nice-sized table. Quiet yet walkable neighborhood with stores, pharmacy and mall just across the street. Daniel provided excellent, responsive communication throughout my stay. Only minor drawback was the lack of a TV in living room (bedroom only), but who stays inside with all Medellín has to offer? Highly recommended! Daniel and his team are great!!!!

Overall wonderful studio apartment in Sabaneta. It's a super convenient location. There was a bit of noise and the bed was slightly hard. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

El apartamento siempre impecable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

Excelente ubicacion en las afueras de Medellín, un espacio tranquilo y acogedor. Mary & Jurgen fueron exageradamente atentos con nosotros. Lo recomendaria de nuevo. Tambien tienen un sauna al lado de la cabaña que hacer la experiencia o la estadia muy chevere.

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

wow - the view and location incredible. its own dock..add on the cook for home made colombian meals. even had a DJ and threw a party. Cannot wait to come back
