Apartment holiday rentals in Medianía Baja

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Our family of 4 had a great time at this AirBnb for a week. It's a nice, gated condo community and the unit is facing the beach which is steps away as described. The condo pool was also very nice and clean. We had a little issue finding the place when we first arrived because it was dark and Google Maps took us to the street next to the entrance. The entrance is not very visible at night. Thankfully, we were able to reach Sandra by phone, even though it was after midnight, and she guided us to the correct location. We would definitely come back to this unit for a vacation in Puerto Rico.

We stay there for 5 nights and the apartment was clean, enough space for whole families, friends group. Like the space, environment and view. The apartment backyard has ocean view. Host has provided everything you need for ur stay. Like towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen utensils, AC and parking. Everything was ready for us which make our trip more convenient. The area is perfect, peaceful and ocean accessible make our trip more enjoyable.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

It was a pleasure staying at Adonay's place! Everything was as described. She even provided a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs! Communication was excellent too!

El departamento (3er piso) está muy bonito y limpio. Las camas NO son muy cómodas y las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Si tuvieran una cama king le daría un plus. La comunicación e instrucciones precisas, claras y amables. La ubicación es un poco lejos de los puntos turísticos, pero tiene acceso directo a una playa chiquita y privada, muy conveniente. Cómo plus ofrece 2 sillas para playa y toallas extras para alberca. Gracias por hospedarnos.

The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. Perfect for family of 7! Book here and you will not be disappointed! This apt has anything you could need to spend at least a week relaxing at this private community - floaties, beach bags, beach towels, bbq, golf clubs, tennis rackets, list goes on and on. We were amazed at how meticulous and thoughtful the apt was, it was also very organized and clean. The facilities are very well maintained and safe. I am glad we rented this apt overlooking the park because we were never bothered with loud music or partying late at night. The apts overlooking the pools would definitely be much louder, the few times I went for a walk at night there were people blaring their speakers and partying by the pools. But again, none of that was heard in this apt because you overlook a kids park.

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Jessica’s place was an extremely beautiful home with nice views. All the listed amenities were there which were really helpful. Jessica was very responsive when we needed help with something as well! If you are staying in Loiza area for your Puerto Rico trip I 10000% recommend her place! The resort is extremely fun and lots to do! Thank you Jessica!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

Norka was an amazing host and the property was beautiful! Three of my girl friends and I stayed at Aquátika for 5 nights. The beds were sooo comfortable!! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. The beach was very beautiful and private. The pools were the perfect temperature. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Norka!!

Good place to stay at! Pool is a couple feet away from apartment and beach is about 5 minute walk. Great host!
