This is a fantastic space! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ice maker machine was a real highlight and great for the cooler for a beach day :) We would definitely stay here again

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Emmanuel was an amazing host. We exchanged messages several times before our stay and he gave very good directions and ideas and links for things to do since was our first visit to the island… we had an issue with a bathroom faucet and he was very responsive and someone was there to fix it the next day. The location is amazing as you are right across from the pool and very close to the beach entrance… and we loved the local chickens that wandered around. The community is gated and central to lots of places. You’re about 40 minutes from San Juan and 45 minutes to Farjado. Enjoy the sounds of the forest at night. We sat on the back patio several evenings listening. We had a great stay! Thank you Emmanuel for welcoming us into your place! We will be back again hopefully very soon!

Wow! Such a beautiful, enchanting stay! From the lovely local art to the unique, charming decor, the place was just an amazing, relaxing paradise. Seen some spectacular sun rises from the patio each morning as the colors from the sun reflected in both the ocean and the swimming pool. The pool was just wonderful! And host, Eguardo, was so kind, proactive to help, and even offered us an early check-in at 10 am! We'll definitely cherish the memories from this fabulous condo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

extremely clean and homely apartment in the house there is a lot that you can take with you to the beach also for active rest as well as a cooler and many other things. clean, beautiful, everything works. we really liked it

Sandra’s was a perfect spot for a quiet vacation. My two-year-old and I went from the beach to the pool each day while Dad worked and we were some of the only people around. The place was clean and just what we needed…and a close drive to el Yunque and San Juan. There were more supplies than listed, so we were well equipped for the week.

First of all, I want to highlight the location — the beach is beautiful, and the gated community felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and every room had air conditioning. The internet connection was excellent. The host, Sandra, always responded promptly. One night, when there was a complete blackout across the island, Sandra messaged us first to inform us and answer any potential questions. During the outage, we used candles that she had thoughtfully left in the apartment, and we were able to cook using the gas grill on the terrace. Speaking of the terrace — it was one of our favorite parts! It has a lovely ocean view and is furnished with a table and chairs. The beach itself is clean, calm, not crowded, and has showers available. We had a wonderful six-day stay and are truly grateful for Sandra’s hospitality.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private cabin! The location is perfect—just a few steps from a beautiful private beach, offering the ultimate relaxation and privacy. The cabin itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool and Jacuzzi, which made the experience even more special. Whether lounging by the pool during the day or unwinding in the Jacuzzi under the stars, every moment felt like a retreat. The host was welcoming and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great amenities and a stunning setting, this is the place to be. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

We had a great time staying with Leo and Eddie. They were wonderful hosts, sharing local recommendations and even heat alerts during our stay. The location is central to lots of activities and we were glad we rented a car so we could get around. We always felt safe and would gladly return.

This was a great location with a very private beach area. They have everything you need for a beach day. It was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to relax after a busy day exploring.

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Jeanette’s place, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just as described in the listing. The decor was cozy and stylish, creating a perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better close to great restaurants and shopping areas, and I really appreciated how Jeanette went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for local attractions and being so responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The location was perfect, with San Juan and piñones close and conveniences. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Top notch, Communication place, very clean and secure. We cannot recommend Amanda and their property highly enough.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

If I could give Erica’s place 10 stars I would!!! It was perfection. Super clean. Plenty of room with 6 people. And the location is AMAZING!! To be able to walk out the back door to the beautiful quiet uncrowded beach was breathtaking. And the pool!!! Sooo nice and clean. Plenty of seating with cover from rain and sun. We will be back!!!!!!! Thank you Erica!!
