Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Medianía Baja

Hector's place was very nice, comfortable and inviting! He did everything he could to make us feel at home which was really appreciated! I always generally give hosts 5 stars accross the board but I gave 3 stars for the location i believe, not because of any fault on Hector but in the morning there is a Cock that crows VERY loudly. I can sleep through anything but for future guests I just wanted you all to know that it is a reality. Also there are some nice photos of mountain side in the description, just want you all to know that it's not connected to the rental but merely beautiful shots of Puerto Rico. Its not secluded at all but the neighborhood is calm. Again, this was a very nice place and Hector was very kind but I wanted to give an honest review! God Bless!

Our family of 4 was able to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. The place was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Our host provided souvenirs and snacks and even surprise decor to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!

The host was very responsive and made sure we knew how to work everything in the house. The guest house is on the back side and has a very nice lukewarm jacuzzi , there is also a bar area outside and a bathroom. There was plenty of towels and soap and he even had beach towels. It was definitely worth the stay.

The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and a good size kitchen. The location is not far from the airport, and a very peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

The place was beautiful and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. (We didn't sleep on the others). The outdoor space is lovely! We ate nearly every meal out there and spent lots of time relaxing, reading, swimming, etc. (If you're outside in the evening, you just have to get used to the fact that you need to use bug spray, which was provided). I'm posting this publicly so others know it's already been pointed out: there were some very basic kitchen items that were missing: a dish rack and dish towel, hot pads, and a knife to use for food prep (There was only one steak knife and butter knives). A bath towel was our only option for drying dishes. We ended up buying a knife out of necessity. Hopefully Ocean will reply and confirm that those items will be added. NOTE: We did not message about this while we were there because we wanted a relaxing time on our own. Ocean did not have a chance to correct this at the time, so this is not a complaint. Just an FYI.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described — if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, including thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — close to but still quiet and peaceful. I especially loved The host was also exceptional — very responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very large house in a good location. Great for large groups. Ryan always responded quickly to questions. Nice pool/ patio area. The Master suite has a private bathroom. 1 bedroom downstairs has a small full bath next to it, but the 3rd bedroom’s closest bathroom (full) is outside in the covered patio area, and it is small too. The upstairs is like a separate apartment with kitchen, and 2 bedrooms that share a full bath. Can go through outside patio to stairway to reach it.

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Tuvimos a nuestros clientes hospedados en la propiedad y quedaron completamente satisfechos y complacidos con su estadía. Los espacios son muy bonitos, cómodos y exactamente como se muestran en las fotos. La vista es simplemente espectacular, y el ambiente transmite una paz increíble. La ubicación también es ideal: a solo 5 minutos de excelentes restaurantes desde pizzerías, restaurantes de comida criolla y restaurante mejicano, un colmado cercano y con fácil acceso. ¡Gracias por todo y muchas bendiciones! Sin duda, lo recomendamos. 😊

First thing I appreciated was how understanding Ricardo was, as we arrived later than expected due to a canceled flight. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, he was very quick to respond and provide a solution. The only thing I would say could use some work is the yard could use a little more maintenance if the goal is to match the photos precisely, specifically pressure washing would make a world of difference, fix pool sticks or invest in new ones, hang dart board back up as pictured and provide darts. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much!! The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed! We were even gifted a papaya from the landscaper. View was amazing with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Javier was such a great host and the property was as advertised. A group of us visited for my wife’s birthday. He was very proactive in communicating details about check-in and sent detailed recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Any time we had a question, he was always quick to respond and very friendly. He even stopped by on my wife’s birthday with a delicious strawberry chantilly cake for our group to celebrate with her. It was just an awesome experiment we’d recommend anyone visiting Puerto Rico stay here.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

This stay was perfect! I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a rainforest getaway with your significant other.

Una joya escondida! Esta cabaña rústica en medio del campo pero a la vez cerca de todo fue el escape perfecto. Rodeada de naturaleza y una paz increíble. Mi estadía en esta cabaña fue maravillosa! Espero volver pronto!

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.
