Holiday rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Cesar was a great host as soon as we booked the unit, always communicative and helpful. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed (plus more) to make us feel right at home. The kids loved the pools and all that the property had to offer, and the rooftop was very peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

Shawn's condo in Loiza is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for the beach, pool, and getting around the island. My family loved the place, the facilities, and the location, and I was very impressed with Shawn's responsiveness and helpfulness. Plus, the other residents of the condo were friendly and helpful, which made for a great family atmosphere.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

This place looked newly renovated. The kitchens and bathrooms were very nice and the living room furniture was "cool" and trendy. The ceilings had color changing LED lights that we kept on all the time. Just a really unique experience. Also, they had firm and soft pillows. We switched out the firm in the pillow cases with the soft in the shams. That's so important:-). The kids swam in several of the pools in the middle of the complex and we all snorkeled off the beach. This is a gated community so we definitely felt secure, but you'll absolutely need a car to stay here. Not that we minded because there's so much to do all over the place on this island. There are some fruit trees around the property. We picked up and ate some mangoes! It was a great week!

The farm was cute and a nice addition after being at El Yunque all day. We were able to shower and walk over to grab a pizza and some drinks and take a stroll on the farm. The hammock was nice to lay in at night and listen to the sounds of nature around us. The outside bathroom is larger than the one inside and also has warm water so I suggest that shower if you do not want to be cold. Cristina accommodated a late check-in since our flight was delayed and ensured we had plenty of lighting and that the place was nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. She offers both great accommodations and a beautiful place for us to feel right at home. I now want to book her place each time I visit Puerto Rico. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

Had an amazing stay. Perfect, clean apartment with everything you need and great rooftop in a peaceful place.

The home was a great stay especially for our big group. It accommodates everything when it comes to needing a place to stay and live for a week +. To give a caution the area was warned by other residents that it can be dangerous and not to go out late at night without car but during day is completely fine. That has nothing to do with the house but just a caution. With the house it could use a rotation in new linens and sheets as some old stains showed. Understandably there are lots of insects in the area but a lot of ants find their way inside so some precautions could be done with sprays by windows and entrances to prevent entry before guests arrive. Other than that the house has all amenities you need to live there as if you weren’t on vacation. Price is great for big groups and not the farthest from San Juan and the nearest beach even though you should rent a car anyways. Lastly, the hosts were great as they communicated perfectly with us wether we initiated convo or they checked up

Nos encanto la casa, fiel a las fotos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y eficaz. El poder llegar a la casa y hacer el check in tranquilos y sin distracciones fue un plus. Pero lo mejor lo mejor, La Piscina. Woow... no queríamos salir de esa área. Ya hay planes de volver.

Nelson fue un anfitrión excepcional; siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y se aseguró de que tuviéramos una experiencia maravillosa. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un lugar encantador para quedarse. Cuenta con generador en caso de fallas en la energía eléctrica.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Nice place definitely am coming back. So peaceful and tranquil. The 2 pools and beach access was amazing.

Veldig koseleg og fin leilighet med mye sjarm. Deilig med to fine bad, romslig oppholdsrom og soverom. Koselig gave på senga på hovedsoverommet🤗 Kjekt med to verandaer og hengekøye på verandaen på baksida. Leiligheten ligger på en trygg resort. Beliggenheten på stedet gjør at du må ha bil. Mange fine strender en kjøretur unna. Store shoppingsenter ca 20 min unna. Kan anbefales!

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

Es bello la ubicación del apartamento. Jay es muy atento y siempre está disponible para cualquier inconveniente. Me encantó el lugar, sumamente tranquilo, limpio y bello. Volveré otra vez en el futuro.

We enjoyed our stay- it was right on the beach. Air conditioner worked well. This condo was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. Located in safe area.

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.

The resort was really nice. Our kids really enjoyed all the pools and having easy access to the beach. Outside of the resort the area was rough but there were so many fun things to do within 30-45 minutes. We did a half day jungle tour that was one of our favorite activities. Also highly recommend Luquillo beach-one of our favorites. The house was nice and fit our family of seven well. There wasn’t much storage in the bedrooms and we couldn’t really unpack our suitcases. The kitchen was also pretty bare and made it harder to cook due to the lack of dishes, etc. Those things were pretty minor and the overall value was great and we were really happy with our stay!
