It consists of an entrance, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, all rooms are arranged around the patio. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a large bathroom, and a hallway with the possibility of a third bed. On the third level, there is a terrace equipped with seating and a breakfast table.
