Villa holiday rentals in Meia Praia

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

Great apartment and well located to explore both the west and south coast. Everything super clean and we felt right at home. We particularly liked the location, the cozy and modern furnishings and the beautiful terrace. We would recommend the apartment at any time.

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Exceptional setting, quality home with hosts with onions (French expression😂! ) We are fortunate not to have shared the facilities because we were almost alone on the premises: Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , pool , Sauna 😍 The Villa is isolated from the rest of the city but ⚠️ be careful there are 2 or 3 additional lodges. In any case Mitchel and Selina are really great, respond quickly to the group's questions, adapt very quickly too and are smiling and full of nice little touches: breakfast several times, welcome beers etc ... Thanks again to them And I can't wait to come back in a few years to see the improvements that have been made to this little corner of heaven 🥰

Beautiful villa and well located. Has everything you would need for both a long and short holiday. Super easy check-in and brilliant host! 100% would stay again.

Pedro is an amazing host and is highly recommended as he is very responsive whenever you message him! He helped save our trip by letting us check in after 3am. Local recommendations are provided at the house, it has a very spacious common area, quiet and safe neighbourhood and amazing pool! Only downside is the women of our group think he is too attractive. 😂

We stayed at this property for three nights with my children and parents, and it was perfection. Everything was brand new and top quality. You could tell there was a lot of attention to detail when designing / refurbishing the space. Stefanie was super-responsive and it was a breeze getting in and checking-out. We hope to stay there again when it warms up so we can use the breathtaking pool area. 10/10.

What a fantastic property and location. We had high expectations from the photos and price, but they were met and more. Modern with all of the amenities: cooking essentials, beach gear / toys, towels, beers if you're lucky the previous guest didn't finish them! Wendy and Manel are very responsive (when asked - not interfering!) and I am so glad they have shared their home with us for a week. We've walked the coastal path on past visits and wondered what it would be like to live in one of the villas right next to it... Now we know and want to do it again!

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was the highlight with seating, sun beds, pool and bbq area. Bruno was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The location was a short uber/taxi from the main area (€5) which was no problem for us. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

Returning to this luxury property feels like coming home. The hosts and Laura, go above and beyond to ensure each stay surpasses the last. Their attention to detail, proactive communication, and warm hospitality make every visit exceptional. I'm grateful for the consistency and quality of care they provide and look forward to many more stays. Highly recommended for those seeking a truly attentive and luxurious experience. We had a lovely week here at the end of April! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 adults. The villa is private and peaceful and the views from the living area and balcony are amazing! We appreciated the fluffy towels in the bathrooms and the extra towels for pool use. A couple of bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance and we often walked to Ferragudo along the cliff path and beach. The villa is well located to visit other areas of the Algarve by car. Francisco was very helpful, allowing us to be flexible with the checking in and out times and recommending nearby restaurants.

We cannot say enough nice things about the host and the house. The house is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as presented in photos. The view alone is worth every penny. The house is immaculate , modern, and extremely well stocked with all the kitchen tools and supplies you need. The neighborhood is lovely. The area of Salema is very quiet as compared to a lot of the other areas in Algarve , much less touristed but only a 20 min drive to the larger city of Lagos. We enjoyed the relative quiet. The host Olav was extremely responsive with questions. The property manager Paulo was friendly and so helpful. We had several questions during our stay and Paulo replied within 15 min of our inquiries resolving our issues. The bottom line is stay here on your next family vacation. You will not regret it. We absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time.

Perfect location - walkable to a very nice beach

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

We loved our stay in Benagil. The house on a cliff overlooking the ocean was amazing and peaceful. We hiked to the beach and along the cliffs from the house and we took day trips by car to nearby towns. The house was large and pristine. Marco was very responsive and provided local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

From first booking we had excellent communication with the owners. We decided to get the pool heated and use there transfer service. The pool was a good temperature on arrival and the transfer was excellent service. We were greeted at the villa by Pavel (Villa manager), he was very friendly, he showed us the working of the villa and what the area had to offer locally. We did have an issue with the A/C, we made contact with Pavel and the issue was sorted within a few hours (great service). Everything that was advertised on the listing page described the villa exactly. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return holiday at the villa.

We have stayed last year and everything was great then . My feedback last year was that the beach towels were small however they have acted on the feedback and plenty of large beach towels are supplied . Clean and private spacious villa in a lovely setting . Walk to Porto de mos beach but be aware that Antonio’s restaurant is shut on Mondays .

We booked Filips place quite last minute but he was very responsive and helpful so everything went well finding the house. Upon arrival he greeted us, showed us around and kept being very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful house and it's quiet location very much and would happily book the house again should we decide to travel to Algarve again.

Really nice villa tucked away up the hill a 5-10 minute walk behind the marina in Lagos. 3 good sized bedrooms, plenty of space, bathrooms, amenities etc. The pool and outdoor space was also lovely, quiet and clean. Emily was super helpful, always responded promptly and helpfully. Sent really clear instructions for finding and accessing the property, made it clear that she was available if we needed anything but also left us to it. Even put some beers and snacks in the fridge as we were arriving late on a Sunday.

Our stay with Ingrid was fantastic. The villa was beyond expectations, and Ingrid's communication before and throughout our stay was great. We would 1000% recommend.

Amazing location and well appointed accommodation. Very helpful hosts - we were able to check in early and lost our keys on day one and they came to the rescue immediately. Loved the outdoor area and proximity to the beach and town with some lovely restaurants. Would love to go back !
