Affordable bottled water and drinks to buy in the lobby, great washer + dryer, super clean lobby and rooms, all made our trip so much nicer and easier! June was kind and incredibly accommodating. We would stay here again !

Originally booked this Airbnb for 2 nights but loved it so much I extended my stay twice, a week at a time! The location is unbeatable—just 10 minutes to my Thai language school and another 5 minutes to BTS Chong Nonsi. The condo-hotel concept is fantastic; it’s clean, spacious, and feels exactly like home, plus the staff is super friendly. Having a washer in the unit was incredibly convenient for laundry, especially with the balcony for hang-drying during my extended stay. There’s no gym or pool onsite, but local gyms nearby offer day passes, so it’s not a big issue. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bangkok for my Thai school—highly recommend!

The place is exactly as described in the advertisement. It's cheap, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted to extend my stay and they accommodated me no problem. the location was great for me because it's only 2 mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong. I would highly recommend this place.

The accomodation was very nice and Thuan was very helpful by allowing an earlier check in. However, it would of been better if real photos of the accomodation was present and not taken from the website.

I was able to stay comfortably like at home. It was nice that there was a late check-out. Breakfast was served in the cafe on the first floor, with fried eggs, bread, and coffee. The location, friendliness, and cleanliness made it a perfect stay.

I stayed at the Access Inn for 45 nights and I'm thrilled. Can definitely imagine there several times. Close to most things, as I played golf, it was only a five-minute walk to several organizers. The hotel owner and staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is not new, but clean and fresh, good beds. I have nothing negative to say about my 45 nights at the Access Inn. This is a perfect place if you want a quieter more laid back place but still with easy access to all Pattaya has to offer. It is an older condo building but very well maintained and sparkling clean and very safe. Most people here own their condos and live long term - mostly western expats. It is family friendly - saw some families with children staying there. There are two beaches just a short walk: The one behind Ocean Marina - just 10 min walk and the Baan Amphur Beach is about 20 min walk. To get to Pattaya you take a sontel (tuk tuk) which stops one block away and takes about 30 min (cost is 20TB + 10TB or about $1) The room was better than in description. Each room has a separate entrance (kinda like motels in US), there is no kitchen but you have a fridge, microwave and electric water heater - pretty much all you need. There was no wifi so you should by a data plan for the phone - which are cheap in Thailand. I loved it there and might come again.

We came at weird hours due to the night bus being three hours too early and even if the front desk didn’t open until hours later, we were able to leave our luggage in the reception while doing day activities. They were super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here when we’re back in Saigon!!

It is basically a room in an apartment building complex. For many Thai people, the conditions, like in this home, are common and normal. The other apartments also seem to be permanently rented to Thai people. So you live like a Thai, between Thai people. If you don't want to, you don't get much from your neighbors. For the price of a reasonable place to stay, and the host was always friendly, helpful, and proactive with hints. For someone who doesn't need a luxury hotel, but only a place to sleep for a few weeks, this is the place to be. You can definitely do that.

Despite my sensitive sleeping choice, this place provided me with a very comfortable rest. A month of travel fatigue really flew away in one day. I also received great help thanks to the host who was so kind. Are you looking for a home away from home? Come now!

I have spent 4n3d in Ninh Binh here. Everything is very clean unfortunately the ceiling is a little low so it is a bit nma k anything significant. You are very enthusiastic and open and attentive

Badri is such an amazing host. He greeted me at check-in and explained things. He even took me around to see where things are and where to get local food. His place has a strong and stable internet connection not to mention a few mins from the beach. But the wall is rather thin and you can hear what’s going on outside and in other rooms if that’s not the problem then this place is perfect. Location is amazing. Close to the beach, amazing street food and the host is very friendly and ready to help with anything you needed. Communication isn’t a problem at all. I have a good stay and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in this area.
