Great hostel, has everything you need, staff were very kind. Near lumphini Park and mrt so you have access to the whole of bangkok.

This is a value proposition. I've read some mixed reviews on this place but I found it to be very satisfactory. This was my first stop in Cambodia. Prior to this I was staying in higher end places. This is a family run hostel in a building that is quirky and charming. The people that run it are nice and helpful. There's a balcony to enjoy the night scene. I stayed in the king room. It was clean with period wood furniture and glitzy drapes. It's unique. The bathroom was clean and the shower functioned well. The air conditioner was slow to get the room cooled. There's a ceiling fan that belongs in a noir film. Combine the fan and air con and the room will be chill. The only weakness for me was the food. They have a small cafe that has good coffee and beer but the food was disappointing compared to what you can find a block away. Overall it's an experience worth having.

Tuvimos 30 horas de vuelo y llegamos antes de lo esperado, Na la señora que nos recibió nos invitó a dejar nuestras cosas y fue muy amable en todo momento con nosotros. Gracias a esto nos permitió poder aprovechar el día. Sin dudas recomiendo Peace para una estadía en Bangkok

Loved it! Been all around the world and this was definitely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! The price was right your bed area was spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help you with any of your needs. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and definitely would stay again next time iam in Bangkok. Definitely felt like I got what I paid for! If you’re on a budget and you want awesome accommodation. Then this place is the spot!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, l’hôte était super accueillant nous reviendrons volontiers ! La chambre était propre, il y a des œufs frais pour le petit déjeuner. C’est à côté de grands centres commerciaux.

Tor war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und für die zentrale Lage überraschend ruhig. Jeden Tag gab es 2 Flaschen Wasser und kostenlosen Kaffee im Eingangsbereich, was einen tollen Service darstellte. Die Nutzung von 2 Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner war gegen eine geringe Gebühr (30 Baht/40 Baht) möglich. Die Lage ist perfekt, da sowohl die BTS-Station als auch der Pier fast vor der Haustür liegen. Ein Smart TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Flexible Check-In und Check-Out Zeit nach Absprache! Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Overall, the experience here was great. The owner was responsive, the rooms were clean, and checking in and out was easy. I got lucky and booked this at a time nobody else did, so it was just me +1 in the hostel. At busy times (holidays etc,) maybe itll be more crowded with other people sharing the hostel, but everything is still private enough. There are shared bathrooms (2 that i know of) and a shared living space. Rooms are private, the only downside would be the windows not being too soundproof so you might have trouble sleeping if you are a light sleeper. The location was great, it was a maximum 15 minutes drive from most popular destinations and restaurants, as well as there being a 7/11 close by with a bunch of food stalls and small restaurants within 2 min walking distance. If i come to ayutthaya again, ill definitely stay here.

Great place to explore chinatown from! Nearby there are a couple of good bars and restaurants, which made for a smooth start into the day. Place itself was well kept and quiet during the night. Can only recommend it, if one is looking to stay in one of the more low key areas of BK!

The room was super clean (like seriously CLEAN!), and the place was quiet yet still close to all the major tourist spots. The stairs are just as the host described—I saw it as a bit of bonus cardio before and after all the amazing food I ate 😅. As mentioned, the room doesn’t have windows, so definitely set an alarm—it’s easy to lose track of time inside! I had a bit of trouble with the door lock at first, but the host responded quickly and the staff helped me move to another room with a better lock. Really appreciated how fast and helpful they were. There are lots of affordable food stalls nearby, plus two 7-Elevens just around the corner. Super convenient! Overall, a great spot if you just need a clean, comfy place in the city. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

great location with good clean facilities

We had a great stay at Chatri’s Place! The best part is definitely the location — it’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk from Platinum Mall, Tofu Skincare Shop, Big C, and Pratunam Market, which made shopping and exploring super convenient. It’s a bit farther from the BTS Ratchathewi Station, but still walkable if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, around 15-20mins. The building has 5 floors and no elevator, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing so we were prepared. The stairs were manageable, and there’s a cozy cafe on the ground floor where you can relax or even leave your bigger luggage if needed — very helpful for check-in or check-out days. Plus, there are multiple 7-Elevens nearby if you need a quick snack or drink. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay in a very central area!

Everything was great overall. for a hostels experience, place was clean and in a good location. Only thing I wanna point out is that this isn’t as much of a social hostile. Everyone just keeps it themselves and goes about their agendas, which was different than the hostels that I’m used to, but not bad just varies on preferences.

If you're staying in Bangkok for a short time, I recommend this place. The room and shower are small but sufficient. There were no bugs, it was very clean, and the location is great.

This place is great. The neighborhood is very residential and quiet. There are not many restaurants in the area but an abundance of street food. I got my exercise walking to the BTS stations. Head to the area under the freeway for a wide variety of food options. The hotel design is wonderful and pretty well maintained. They could use more storage in the rooms for long stays. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The work area on the roof is great and the WiFi is adequate and a wonderful view. The Ari neighborhood is very nice and it is close to the new train station, the domestic airport and the Chatuchak Market.
