Everything was in line with the description and photos. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to live in. The safety in and around the residence was excellent! There are many activities to do within minutes walking, and the beach is also very close. Unfortunately we only had a few days, otherwise we would have stayed longer. See you soon! 😉

The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at Khalid's. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. I would even say more beautiful in real life. Khalid is incredibly kind and responsive, very attentive. Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. The apartment is good value for money and well located, clean, functional and he gave us an address to go eat in the middle of the night. Great. Thank you again for everything.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

Yasser was a very friendly and accommodating host. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea just steps from the front door. My kids had great fun in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. We're so excited for next time. We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
