Holiday rentals with a patio in Menderes

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! It is one of the best places I have stayed so far. The location is very good and very clean. The host is a very good person and behaved very well. I will choose it again on our next visit to Izmir.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The hosts responded quickly to messages from the beginning. They were friendly and helpful. If you did not have a car, it may be a bit of a problem that we had to walk. You can get there by bus passing through the center of the village in 1 hour. There was a grocery store etc. in the center of the village. The house was very comfortable, very comfortable, and had all the tools and equipment you might need in the kitchen. It was very peaceful. Thanks to the host's wood, we were able to light the stove easily and enjoy nature. The air conditioning was also available. The house was generally clean as it appeared in the photos. The house had a pool, but it was empty now, so it is a more preferable place in the summer. Thank you for the treats to the host:)

Our time at the place was just perfect. The house is stylishly decorated, clean and well-equipped. The location is quiet and ideal to escape the stress of everyday life. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Ms. Arslan, who was always available for us and had helpful tips for excursions in the area. We felt like at home. Highly recommended!

Absolutely! Top house in a beautiful location! We even got a welcome snack! The equipment is simply awesome! We felt completely comfortable! We will be happy to come back anytime! Especially for families with children, a dream because the beach is practically on the doorstep! Til next time!

It was one of the most beautiful houses we've ever stayed in on Airbnb! The house was both comfortable and very clean. It was much more beautiful than the photos and every detail was carefully thought out. It had a quiet, safe and peaceful environment. The host was also extremely caring, hospitable and communicated very quickly. He took care of everything and made us feel at home. A place we would definitely want to stay again. Would recommend with peace of mind!
