Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. 5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional! This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that so much thought and care went into every detail of this home. The space is incredibly roomy, spotless, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing, gathering, or just enjoying some quiet time. Every corner of the house felt intentional and well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail is next-level from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout. When I tell you this place is top notch, I’m not messing around. I’ll be booking this house every single time I come home to visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Venkata was very nice and responsive. For the most part the house was very clean, other than some stains on the walls, and some trash the cleaners forgot to remove from the back. There also wasn't enough towels (only 4, and no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen), but we usually bring extras. It was a very quiet area, and a convenient location for us. We were here for a conference and so we basically just used it to change in between our meetings and to sleep at night, so we weren't there much during the day. We would stay here again.

This house was so much more magical than we expected!! We are ones to choose a place that's more whimsical and authentic, and we were not disappointed!! The backyard is a labor of love and so much beauty! The house was clean, vintage yet sheek, and Dianna was so welcoming, and thoughtful! Beyond grateful for our stay!
