An amazing property. Very peaceful. Hot tub A+. Heating stove in living room was very effective and nice to quickly warm up inside after a night time hot tub soak on the patio. Easy access to all directions and in the gorge. Friendly check in. The only ‘issue’ was the comfort of the mattress, but that’s a personal detail/preference and very hard to please every single person. Thank you for a great weekend stay and we will be back again for sure. Ryan and Deidre

We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the pool and lake, soaking in the hot tub and sweating in the sauna. We enjoyed long hikes with a puppy and challenging bike rides. The Kayaking was awesome with or without a fishing pole. We cooked dinner every evening at the lake kitchen as the sun was setting and played board games until midnight. It was an awesome vacation! Thank you so much Rick, and caretakers, Mark and Tyler, for all of your hard work and excellent communication. You provided everything we needed to enjoy a secluded, peaceful vacation, and we are looking forward to returning to Dawson Lake in August.

We not only enjoyed the lake, boating, kayaking, hot tubbing and all we needed to have s'mores in your fire pit by the river, but really enjoyed meeting and getting to know you as well. The house was immediately welcoming upon entry with plenty of space for a large family gathering (though we arrived as only three of us). The massive table and kitchen was well laid out. The upstairs was a fun set up with its five or six different beds. We all got to choose the one that fit our personalities the best (and there were plenty of options to choose from). This morning before checking out we saw some baby deer frolicking and chasing each other around outside in the trees while we drank our coffee. If we have the opportunity we will absolutely rent this place again for another family trip. Thank you Amanda for the perfect little experience in the middle of our road trip!

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Little Sycamore. It is a beautiful and peaceful place on the river. The hosts are wonderful people as are the neighbors. The view of the river is spectacular and it is tucked back off the main road so there is very little noise. Access to the river is excellent and we had alot of fun fishing and being out on the water. The hosts have worked very hard on the house and everything was spotless. We really like how convenient it was to the stores and amenities. The dogs had a great time playing in the back yard and in the river. The porch is a fantastic place to just sit and relax and listen to the sounds of the river. I highly recommend staying at Little Sycamore. We definitely plan on making future reservations.

We found are stay at the cabin to be every thing we was looking for and then some. It was very nice, clean with lots of extras, books, magazines, and games. A very nice getaway. Our hosts was very kind making themselves available for things we may have needed, thank you for the nice home. We will definitely be back if we can one day!

This was our 2nd time staying here and both times were wonderful. Great location, extra clean and well stocked with essentials. The Host was very responsive. The front porch is great for morning coffee :)

Happy with my stay at Sammy’s place. The home was clean and had everything listed available. The main bed was comfortable and we slept well. The instruction for our stay were simple and clear. Sammy was quick with responses and friendly when we happened to meet him at the end of our stay. The home is right next to the boat ramp but we had no issues with people being loud and everyone was respectful of the property. Would definitely stay again should be be in the area in the future.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, waking up to the views from the cabin was an amazing experience. Rich was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly. They were also very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay. Overall, it was a great time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming spot!

Awesome host and building will definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Cindy's place. We felt like we had been there before because we had stayed at a neighboring condo next to the slopes a year earlier. We had a minor issue at check-in, and called Cindy, who made everything perfect almost immediately. She is honest and helpful in every way. Recommend that any skiing enthusiast check out this location next to Winterplace Ski Resort.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. David was very responsive when we did have a few questions. 10/10 would stay again.

The location was unbeatable, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness of our host. Great location and the pool and fire pit were the perfect amenities to end a day of riding! The host was very responsive and made planning our trip, getting trail passes, check in, and check out seamless. We couldn’t find any extra supplies at the house (ie paper towels, trash bags, etc.) so recommend bringing some of the day to day basics with you. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nice and clean and plenty of parking. Pressure washer was a plus and easy access to the trails.

Beautiful view and perfect for our family. The house was nice, fun to drive up to and had plenty of room for everyone. It is an older home so a lot of quirks and a few places that need some tlc. If ever in the area would love to stay again.
