It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s place! It was sooo comfortable for a large group with big open spaces for everyone to be in together. Great ammenities too thank you so much!!! :)

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Relaxed, natural, clean and cosy! Just a few words to capture this peaceful home. Owners went above and beyond even to a point where a bag was left and they posted it back to Sydney without additional charges. Stunning view, mineral pool - the photos don’t do it justice. Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. We really enjoyed staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It had every little thing that makes a place feel like a home instead of a hotel like accomodation. The kitchen was very well stocked. The kids also loved having toys and the baby equipment was very handy. The location is great, walkable to restaurant, beach, museum, etc. The hosts were very communicative and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Beautiful cottage in an awesome part of Newcastle; close to nature, beach and nice towns with all the essentials. We recommended to the owner getting some low-tox cleaning products and perfumes as they were accessible to our young toddler, and we are sensitive. Other than that, highly recommend.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning house in the perfect location. The space was incredibly clean and Anna was proactive with communication. Walkable to the beach, cafes and pubs with plenty of parking. Thank you for having us!

This property was outstanding as far as location goes, we were able to easily walk to anywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway. Danielle was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. It was very clear that she is passionate about the property. The welcome card and snacks were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again.

I've never left a review saying this but if I could leave 10 stars I would. Everything was easy and peaceful. The house is absolutely beautiful and Eliza was wonderful to communicate with. We had a very beautiful experience and stay.

A quiet and beautiful place to stay. The house was in a perfect location to walk to the shops and other areas. Cas was an excellent host with great communication skills. Highly recommend to stay.

We stayed here as a group for a school performance event at the Entertainment Centre. The house was perfect for our needs -- the kids loved it and the location removed all stress about drop-off and parking. We really enjoyed both the local area (e.g. nice park + playground just a few minutes walk away) and going into Newcastle centre. Teighan was very accommodating and responsive throughout and it was a nice surprise that a proportion of the Vida profit is passed on to Habitat for Humanity. Our only regret was not staying another night!
