Alloggio molto carino e pulito in ottima posizione in un quartiere molto bello e a due passi dal lungomare e dalla metropolitana per il centro. Tiziana un host fantastica molto disponibile e super gentile ci ha trovato pure una guida x dei bellissimi tour. L'esperienza del paniere da calare dal balcone indimenticabile. Speriamo di tornare molto presto.

Fantastica esperienza! A casa Teka si sta bene, in una bella corte interna, con una posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa amalfitana, Sorrento e i meravigliosi monti vicini. Torre Annunziata merita di essere scoperta e in pochi giorni ci siamo sentiti a casa, questo anche grazie a Teodoro, alla sua famiglia! (provate la loro pizza alla pizzeria vicinissima a casa)

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Dario was an excellent host and the apartment was cozy and great for a 5-day stay. Avvocata is an amazing neighborhood (if you don't mind climbing walking uphill or downhill in Naples), full of history and close to parks, museums, metro stations and Pignasecca market.

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Un soggiorno spettacolare. Appartamento bellissimo curato nei minimi dettagli, e vista mozzafiato da telefilm. Host incantevole, disponibile e gentile! Torneremo!

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

Great little place with a great location! You'll be right in the center of everything with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The patio with its amazing view is a huge bonus—plenty of sun and an incredible view of Naples and Vesuvius. The second bedroom is only accessible from the patio, not from the rest of the apartment, which is fine but worth noting. The listing also mentions a "pool," but it's really a hot tub—still a nice amenity but not exactly a pool. Overall, we had a great stay and Mario and his team were very responsive and helpful.

Segnalo con molto piacere il nostro piacevole soggiorno a casa di Paolo. La casa è davvero accogliente e il check-in e check-out sono andati benissimo, tutto liscio. Non abbiamo incontrato di persona il proprietario, ma è stato sempre facilmente raggiungibile telefonicamente per qualsiasi domanda. La casa era pulita e il balcone è davvero stupendo, un vero valore aggiunto. Inoltre, sono stati molto gentili a permettermi di rientrare in casa dopo il check-out, quando mi sono accorta di aver dimenticato le mie medicine. Grazie mille ancora!

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

Un superbe séjour dans cette villa accueillante et très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique, avec vue sur la baie de Pouzzoles, des mandarinniers et citronniers. Calme et loin des tumultes de Naples. à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds d'une gare qui déssert Naples rapidement via des trains très propres et peu chers. Pouzzoles a aussi l'avantage d'avoir des très bons restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) et de desservir les îles d'Ischia et Procida très facilement via Ferry. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Cela donne envie de revenir, merci encore !

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento un fine settimana ( dove il Napoli ha vinto lo scudetto, esperienza unica..,;-) ) perché mia figlia aveva una gara di ginnastica nel paese affianco..Situato in ottima posizione per spostarsi per visitare altri luoghi caratteristici, facile fa raggiungere dalle arterie principali e con tutti i servizi nell' vicinanze. Il proprietario Francesco gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi indicazione o delucidazione . Lo consiglio.

This was truly one of the most memorable and unique stays we’ve ever had! The boat was not only spotless and super comfortable, but also such a fun and relaxing place to unwind. Waking up on the water was amazing, and the marina itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and the warmest, friendliest people. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, they were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They brought us a lovely breakfast in the morning and even stocked the fridge with a bunch of complimentary treats, such a sweet and generous touch. Communication was quick and clear from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. We can’t recommend this experience enough. If you’re looking for something special, peaceful, and full of charm, this is it. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed only one night in Alessia’s B&B, but it was amazing! The place was perfect, new furniture, clean space, and most importantly, very spacious. I actually would have loved to stay a few more nights, as it was one of the best places to stay in Napoli in my opinion. It was fully equipped and very well positioned for transport or nice restaurants. Alessia was very friendly, she greeted us on our arrival and also on our departure, she explained everything very clearly and helped us out with getting a taxi! I would highly recommend staying over at her B&B. Thank you for everything!

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple, avec éventuellement un enfant, situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble (accès par ascenseur) et jouissant d’une partie de terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île de Capri. L’immeuble est situé dans une rue calme, a sens unique.. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre l’apéro voire manger à deux. A proximité (3mn à pied) il y a un petit super marché Deco, bien utile. Après, on peut aller à pied jusqu’au métro Mergellina sur la ligne 2 pour aller en centre ville, ou prendre un funiculaire. Et on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le bord de mer. On trouve d’excellentes pizzeria un peu partout, à prix très abordables., tout comme les restaurants. Il faut prendre en compte que Naples est construite sur une colline, alors les rues montent parfois fort… Autre particularité, le réseau de métro, n’a que très peu de correspondances entre les lignes, pour un parisien c’est déconcertant. Par contre il y a beaucoup de taxis, abordables.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles war genau so, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt ist – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit gut erreichbar und ist auf all unsere Wünsche sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen. Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Great spot in Naples! Right in the middle of everything and the Spanish quarter is absolutely the most unique and interesting part of the city.

Cosa molto carica , curata e posizionata in zona molto comoda per visitare la città. Stazione metro vicina raggiungibile a piedi e supermercato a pochi passi. Ottima per passare una vacanza in città.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

I had such a wonderful experience staying here. The home was not only clean and comfortable, but had a calming energy that made it easy to relax after long days. Everything was thoughtfully set up, with all the essentials—and more—ready for me. What really stood out, though, was the host’s kindness. From helpful local suggestions to just being genuinely warm and attentive, they made me feel at ease right away. You can tell they care about their guests having a great experience—not just a place to sleep, but a place to feel safe and welcome. I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
