Quaint older home. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen was perfect as we did cook in a few nights. Very easy to get to downtown or to the highways quickly. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Concord!

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!

Beautiful house and location! Private but close to everything. House has everything you would need. If I needed to stay in the area again it would definitely be here.

This is the second time we've stayed at Kym's house. We love the historic character and quirky features of the house. Kym and Bob are great hosts and always responsive. The house is so close to Sunapee and Ragged Mountains, so it's the perfect spot for a ski getaway. Love to come back to the fireplaces after a day of skiing!

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, great place to stay!

Pristine location right on Silver Lake. The house was lovely, clean and welcoming. We loved having our morning coffee right out back on the edge of the lake (literally and right out our back door!) The surrounding were quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!

Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

My family and I loved staying in this home. The house was clean, and worked well for all of our guests! Our hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for our group! Amazing location, wonderful hot tub and fire pit, fit 15 people very comfortably. Coffee machine and sound system weren't working but really not a big deal. Very clean and very beautiful. The hosts are also super friendly and responsive. This is great for a big group staycation!

This condo is beautiful and comfortable and was the perfect spot for my family and I to get away for the weekend to the lake. Brittany was super friendly and very responsive. She was super hospitable with extra toiletries and amenities to use during our stay. Also it’s only a 5-10 min walk to Weirs beach! Great place and I would definitely recommend it!

The pictures don’t do this house/surroundings justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the owners are thorough with everything you need and are so very nice. A lot of space in this home! The inside and outside area of the home is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful home with a ton to offer, look no further as this is the spot. Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

We came for bike week. The cabin was very clean, well stocked . We enjoyed the chocolates and waters left for us in the fridge. There was a nice binder with all the information needed for our stay and more. We throughly enjoyed the quiet away from the crowds.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! Can’t thank you enough for a lovely stay! It was so wonderful to be on a farm, so peaceful and quiet. We loved the horses roaming around, the tranquil atmosphere and extremely comfy bed. The RV had everything we needed and more. Lisa and Scott were amazing, wonderful and friendly.. They were there to greet us and also gave us some beautiful chicken eggs to go back to Connecticut with.!! Next time, we’ll stay longer! Thank you so much!!! See you next year

What a fabulous home and location! Brian was so responsive and helpful, and everything was as advertised/expected. Immaculate, well-appointed, and beyond cozy. Would book again for sure!

We loved staying here, it was a godsend while I was in the hospital giving birth and for the night we were discharged. I can’t even say what a relief it was to be able to bring our dogs so that we didn’t have to find a dog sitter for those few days. Joe was incredibly friendly and responsive and even let us receive a package there for the baby. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable and the area is healthful. And the space was perfectly affordable, which was a huge plus!

Would absolutely recommend. We were looking for a place to stay with our baby while visiting friends nearby and this place was as described and worked great for us. It’s like luxury camping and you get to enjoy the beautiful lake views!

The Seacoast cabin was compact but well appointed, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed to attend a concert nearby, and the location was convenient to Manchester, Concord, and even the coast (we did a day trip to Rye). We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen seemed well equipped. There was a nice picnic table and fire pit just outside. Everything was clean and the cabin was clearly quite recently built. I'd stay again on another trip to the area.
