Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the sandy beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set & swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed.

Come sit on the deck, under the porch or by the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the brook and the mountain scenery! Dogs are allowed with host approval. $30 pet fee per stay. By booking you understand and agree to the house rules and cancellation policy.

The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.
