With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Unique Barn Studio at Bundanoon

Self contained Studio that is in the barn stable. Spend the night next to the horses! The studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and free wifi . Perfect escape from Sydney or Canberra for couples or just yourself . Explore Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. We are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bundanoon village. The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.
