Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mesa de Otay

The location of this house is fantastic, walking distance to a market and fast food, 5 minute drive to the beach, and close to SeaWorld and the airport. There was plenty of space in the home for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious for meals and visiting. The beach chairs, towels and toys are a nice touch. We spent time each morning and evening on the private back patio. The house and neighborhood felt extremely safe as well. Thanks for a great week!

My family was in town from all over the states, meeting up and staying at Matthew’s place was amazing. The house was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our big families to stay there. The backyard was extremely useful for us and the kids. We very much enjoyed our time together with all the amenities that Matthew had to offer. We were very happy and would love to return some day.

Nathan is a beyond awesome host. He's communicative and kind. One of the beds had an issue and he sent his worker to fix it ASAP. He always asked about our well being and left a comfortable spot to enjoy our vacation. The Jacuzzi is AWESOME! I recommend his place 100 percent! Thank you, Nathan.

Needed a place with parking to work on my truck and Natalie's place exceeded all expectations. 711 and Oxxo is very nearby, I like walking so even Sams Club was only 3.5 kms away, so 1.5 hrs walking round trip. Parking easily fit two big pickup trucks. House is very nice, equipped with everything one might need.

Beautiful stay in Rosarito! My children and I loved everything about this home—the stunning ocean views, the cozy and comfortable space, and the sense of peace and security. The area felt very safe with 24/7 security, which gave me peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more lovely in person. Amy was a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. A special thank you to Eduardo for allowing us to check in an hour early—it made a big difference after a long trip with two young kids and really helped us settle in smoothly. Speaking of kids, one of the best surprises was the dedicated kids’ area. We were traveling with two toddlers (both age 1), and the play safe setup was a total lifesaver. It gave them a secure, fun space to explore while we unpacked and relaxed. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended, especially for families with little ones!

Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. Pool and jacuzzi were nice however the jacuzzi water was not hot. Condo was cozy and great location. Away from main town but close drive. Highly recommended 😊

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Amazing place! I love love the area and my kids & family enjoyed the view. The rooms were very nice. In my end, I should have did more research as we did not know the beach was contaminated. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in the water due to sewage and contamination issue. Overall it’s a great place but if you have small children that love the beach and going to the water then not really a place to swim. I was just sad as the lifeguards told us it’s not safe to go swim, although I did see surfers in the water. The Host was so sweet and kind. She was very quick to respond and very helpful.

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing cozy spot. Nice area in TJ. Great for families. The beach is a little walk away and you get the feel of TJ. Luis was great. Always responsive with questions and recommendations. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a home away from home, this is your spot!
