Very good stay, Nancy the housekeeper is very attentive and with a lot of initiative, a pleasant place and with the amenities mentioned, just as a recommendation if the weather is bad do not hire the boiler for the pool because no matter how much they turn it on, the pool does not reach a good temperature due to the weather. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We would return with better weather. Thank you

This is the second time we've chosen this secluded spot near Malinalco, it's very peaceful, lots of clean air and great feelings of outdoors. When you arrive, the gate keeper gives you the keys to the house and Cleo is already there making sure the place is spotless and helping out on cooking when asked for. Even though it's secluded and hidden, the place offers high speed (40 mbps) internet, we were streaming music all day during our whole stay. The place has a pool that is heated from 9am to 1pm, but you can ask for more time if you pay the extra gas. We didn't need it as the weather was warm and it wasn't very windy. It accommodates around 12 people and it's got lots of indoors and outdoors space for activities. And best of all, it's pet friendly!

The house is very nice, the photos and its description do not do it justice, on the other hand Esmeralda, her aunt and Saul are nice and very attentive, with excellent service.

Beautiful house, with everything you need to rest for a weekend. The service staff is very attentive. Kilda's service was excellent and the house is also a few steps from the clubhouse.

It was a little hard to find at the beginning but a wonderful place to be. Zamara was extremely helpful sorting any issues out. The house has a lovely view and has so much space. There were some very nice ladies who came in everyday to make the beds and clean. We had a very relaxing time staying and loved swimming in the pool which was warm although needed a painting.
