Waterfront holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Bari

This was an amazing spot. It’s small but mighty (has everything you need and everything is smartly organized), and the location is unbeatable - with the balcony overlooking the sea and right above the restaurant at the Hotel Grotta Palazzese, there’s nothing like it. My husband and I stayed here for one week of our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for. Marialessandra was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The only downsides: I didn’t realize til the day of check-in that there was a restriction of check-in between 4 and 7pm, which seems a bit unreasonable considering how unpredictable travel can be, but it ended up not being an issue and she was accommodating about it. The other downside is the small amount of hot water in the shower - we only ran out 1-2 times in our weeklong stay but you do have to take very short showers (only a few minutes each) for 2 people to both take a shower and have hot water right after one another. It wasn’t a big deal, and still so worth it!!

Great, amazing apartment. Perfect for me and my daughter. The space allowed us to still have our own room when needed and still get to enjoy the sounds of Bari. The balconies were beautiful - all the sounds of Bari thru the evening and when it was time for bed, we closed the windows and it blocked out all the sounds! Best of both worlds :) The location was awesome - easy walk to everything! Marco was the BEST! He took time to show us recommendations for the surrounding areas, checked in with us each day to make sure everything was cool, and saved us after a little screw up on my part :) awesome host!!

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very responsive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is optimal for two people, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. perfectly located just outside the old town. perfectly appointed,spotless with everything you could need. met by our gracious host who provided info and answered all questions and was readily available. quality linens,dishes and had welcome treats...made us feel very welcome... absolutely 5 star!

Fabulous! Riccardo was the best host ever. He picked us up from the station, gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment is on a pleasant street, within easy walking distance of the station and old town and there is a supermarket opposite (and many restaurants nearby). The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. The balcony is spacious and a great place to sit in the morning or evening. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

a real lived in local home, close by to city center and all the main attractions. the highlight is the host family who went above and beyond to help us out of a few misadventures during our time in Bari. definitely would recommend this stay to anyone.

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Stefania’s place exceeded out expectations. It’s ample, cute and in a great location. It’s a 15 min walk to the train station which we used to visit other areas around Bari. It’s also steps away from a beautiful beach view. All in all a walkable area surrounded by amazing food spots. She was responsive the entire time. We loved our stay!

House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

Great host and great apartment. Stella was very responsive and proactive in her communications, gave great instructions on how to reach the property and accessing it. The location is perfect - quiet, a few steps to the waterfront, a lovely walk by the seafront (20 minutes or so) to the old city. The apartment itself is well-furnished, kitchen is well-equipped and the bed is king-size as stated and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend both Stella as host and the apartment as a base for seeing Bari and the area around.

They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived with their warm welcome and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The apartment was spotless and ideally located to explore the heart of Bari. Every detail was considered, from the fresh fruit, milk, bottles of water, beer, and wine left for us to enjoy to the local cookies and crackers to ensure comfort and convenience, making it the perfect home base for our trip. Cinzia and Sebastiano went above and beyond to make our experience special. They offered great local recommendations and were always available if we needed anything. We had a lovely relaxing time with the beach so close and an easy walk into central Bari. The flat had a good energy and was very comfortable. We loved the vinyl record player and the variety of music to suit different moods. Maurizio was an excellent host and the information in the flat was very useful. We very much appreciated him organising a taxi for us to take us to the airport as there was a train strike that day. Great stay Maurizio - Grazie Mille!
