Holiday rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

My family and I had a great time in Gabriella's apartment, an extremely good person, who was very helpful in recommending some references in the area and suggesting what to visit. The apartment is equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. I really appreciated the presence of mosquito nets applied to every opening (window) in the apartment. The proximity of the accommodation to the sea is one of its strengths. In short, I consider it a great experience to repeat in the near future.

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Guisseppe did everything to make our arrival as relaxed as possible. We recommend renting a car in advance to explore the surroundings, as the nearest town can only be reached on foot via a country road or along the beach. There is a nice coffee shop across the street. The beach is empty and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back !

Everything was perfect. Perhaps even too much! When you leave Irene's house, you leave a piece of your heart and you really can't wait to return. The house has everything you need to stay in one of the most evocative and fascinating places in Italy and, why not, perhaps even in the world. I've been to Sicily many times, but I've never been to Torre Faro. Wonderful!! Spectacular view of the strait. Impeccable hospitality. I felt at home. For those who want to try an experience that goes beyond mere logistical accommodation, I highly recommend the small Casa di Irene. A turquoise pearl that stands out enchantingly in the small village, a stone's throw from everything you need. Thanks again Irene. You really are a superhost!!

Fantastic place for our family of four to stay for a few days in Bagnara. Host was always very responsive for any questions and very helpful. Lovely views of the beach and sea - and short walk into town to enjoy restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. We can strongly recommend this property.

It is a beautiful house and has everything, the strategic location is a short distance from everything from both the sea and the city center with excellent bus and train connections very close by. The real peculiarity is that Giovanni makes you feel at home. And with him, the whole palace welcomes you and accompanies you in the living room. Warm and kind atmosphere and nice, thoughtful tenants. We stayed for a fairly long period and found ourselves loving "Casa Mimma" and the whole building that never made us feel alone always with discretion and courtesy. Giovanni is very kind and always ready for anything, he is pragmatic and resourceful. The house is a small oasis in the jungle of the city. Accurately renovated and newly furnished, you can see the attention to detail and attention to the guest. From the balcony you can see the sea and Sicily. A few meters away is the main street with a supermarket provided, homemade, tobacco shop We recommend this warm and comfortable accommodation

Although a little hard to find at first, the place is in a great location! Just a short walk from the beach with many restaurants in the area. Giuseppe and his family were very warm, welcoming and helpful. There was a short power outage in our area and they provided us with information on what was happening and a lighter for the stove almost immediately.

Filippo’s place is spotless! The forniture and the household appliances are new and good quality, even the pans are new… It’s very fresh in summer and one minute walking distance to the beach… I highly recommend this place and his host!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is just perfect – everything is within walking distance, be it the train station, the beach or the shopping. This makes the arrival and exploration of the area super convenient. Communication with Diego was straightforward and fast. He was always available and kindly answered all our questions. His helpfulness and excursion tips made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very clean and offered extensive amenities that left nothing to be desired. We immediately felt comfortable and can only recommend this place👍🏼☀️!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Paolo, with the help of Stefania, were impeccable hosts. Kind and hospitable in their welcome, they provided us with accommodation in perfect condition, equipped with every kind of comfort. The house is located on a hill, a couple of kilometers from the main road network. It is essential to have a car to reach it. The reality is better than the photos! Unforgettable outdoor veranda where you can dine and spend time in serenity watching the sea. The interior spaces are spacious and well furnished. We felt right at home!

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and dishwasher. The best part was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally, the company of 2 nice dogs. A place worth checking out.

Huge flat with 3 balconies, huge living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. Washer, iron, toiletries, and extra towels. Great owners who took great care of us. They gave tips for a great stay. Great location. A minute to the sea, restaurants. 5 minutes to the local shop smelling Italian. 7 minutes to the train station. We recommend walking to Catona, travelling to Sicily by water tram, visit to Melito di Porto Salve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italy.

We received a particularly warm welcome in the lovely house right on the beach. Friends of Enzo were ready with extensive information and a nice bottle of rosé (thanks Ewa and Salvatore!). The supermarket and a great coffee shop are in walking distance. The house is not particularly luxuriously furnished but you are not often there. On the beach, on the balcony or under the house in the shade it is very nice! The air conditioning in every room works great. The train comes close to the house a few times an hour, but at night it does not run. Then it's nice and quiet. We definitely recommend the house!

Great location very near to train station and also the main shops. There is a new building being built opposite but with windows closed we did not really hear much noise. The apartment is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Mariafrancesca was an excellent host and was really helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay here. Giuseppe is an attentive host and offers help and advice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have experienced, especially if you enjoy cooking as we do. The view from the kitchen window is stunning! The harbour side balcony view overlooking the Straights of Messina to Scilly is pretty unique. It is nearby to a busy road but that aside it is a great place to have a long sunlight even meal.

A cozy house full of light, equipped with independent spaces and a living terrace where you can breathe in silence and sunbathe. A perfect bed to make peace with the city's insomnias... It was really nice to spend 5 days between remote work and relaxation in this apartment that day after day became a bit of my home. Difficult to leave.

Natale was the perfect host throughout our stay in Italy from picking us up at the airport, taking us for a local breakfast and helping us with shopping on our first day..The apartment was clean bright and spacious and round the corner from the beach and train and across the road from the bus stop..The local supermarket is in walking distance and the town centre a short bus journey..we absolutely loved our stay, there’s so much to culture and things to do in Reggio Calabria, the weather was beautiful and we will definitely be back as it’s a perfect location and only 30 mins on the ferry to Sicily..Thank you again for making our stay very pleasurable..

The apartment is located in the best stretch of the promenade, it is well structured, organized and equipped as a house in which to live all year round. We were very well received by Giovanni and his family, always attentive to meet our requests and provide us with useful tips on the stay. We enjoyed Brancaleone, a very quiet village with a beautiful sea and an archaeological site ("Brancaleone vetus") that is worth visiting, along with the residence of Cesare Pavese and the sea turtle recovery center. For the rest, you can expand your exploration to the historic center of Bova, the enchanting Gerace, the beach of natural pools in Africo (where the advice is to bring a mask to enjoy the beautiful view of the seabed), and go as far as Siderno to find a more organized promenade. Sites that help you discover an unprecedented Calabria full of natural wonders. Thanks for the welcome :)
