The entrance to the building is very elegant, all fixtures and fittings are completely new and modern. The studio apartment is equipped with a large French window that opens onto the private terrace and which makes it very bright, the window is equipped with an automatic shutter that can be managed with a remote control. In the evening you can relax in the cool sitting comfortably on comfortable armchairs and sip a drink at sunset. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, stove and oven. A fridge, a freezer, a Dolcegusto brand coffee machine and an electric kettle are available to our guests. An air conditioner makes the apartment cool on hot summer days.
