SWEET HOME LUCIA sea view

Independent house of 25 square meters, plus loft bedroom. Construction just completed. Kitchenette, lounge / bedroom, dressing room / closet, a bathroom with shower. Terrace more ground around the house. Casetta Lucia longer our home, are surrounded by 3000 square meters, all fenced, Pets appreciated. ONLY FOR ANIMAL LOVERS. There are 5 very small dogs dogs and 7 cats, all free and get along well with all people, children and animals. The house is located 5 km from the sea. The nearest beaches are: Rena Bedda of Vignola Mare beach and Cala Sarraina. We are 25 miles from Santa Teresa di Gallura, which is reached via a beautiful scenic route. We are 10 minutes from Aglientu, typical Sardinian village. Nearby there is a wonderful hinterland: 20 km Aggius with the famous Valley of the Moon, 18 km Luogosanto 28 km Tempio and its historic center, 35 km approx 4000 years old olive trees visited. 20 km red island 40 km Castelsardo 70 km Olbia port and airport km 100 Sassari 110 km Porto Torres 120 km Alghero airport There is a very nice scenic ride. E 'in the countryside, so it is IMPORTANT TO HAVE A MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION: AUTO, MOTORCYCLE, BIKE Casetta Lucia is located in a part of Sardinia still very natural and very sheltered tourist invasion. The municipality of Aglientu, to which we belong, has 24 km of coastline with pristine beaches and some still very wild. Have restored an old mule track promenade, where you can pass only with bicycles or on foot. Wonderful! The pictures you see, are a small sample of the beauty of the place. Be taken into account, that the beauty of the place is very determined from Aeolus, the main tourist area, which often comes to visit, and when he decides to give his best ..... surfers ... celebrate!
