Grande maison de famille, très bien équipée et confortable de 340 m2 située dans une petit village, à 15mn d'un gros bourg commerçant. Elle est largement ouverte sur une vaste terrasse et son parc privé arboré, non clos, de 6000 m2. Très belle vue sur la campagne environnante, pâturages et bois à l'horizon. Il n'y a pas de cultures à proximité donc pas de risques liés aux pesticides et insecticides. Sa situation à la sortie du village, l'absence de vis à vis, lui offre calme et intimité.

Gîte de l 'épi à Signy Montlibert

Gîte situé à la campagne, dans un endroit calme, limitrophe de la frontière belge, notamment de l'abbaye d'Orval, et à environ 45 minutes du Luxembourg et de Verdun. Logement offrant tout le confort et destiné à 6 personnes grâce à ses 3 chambres dotées d'un lit double dont une ouverte sur un palier. L'habitation est composée d'un salon, d'une salle à manger avec cheminée (bois à disposition), d'un WC, d'une salle de douche et d'une cuisine menant à un terrain clos (terrasse et barbecue).

They offer exceptional views of the Meuse valley from their huge terrace. Ideal for relaxing.

My place is close to hiking trail (Voie Verte), lakes (Bairon and Douzy), aerodrome, Belgium... Possibility of motorcycle hiking on request.
