This is the top floor of our house where you will be independent (common entrance). My house is close to the train station, the city center, access to the Nancy Metz and Nancy Paris highways, very close to the faculties of literature and law and the conservatory.

Small NON-SMOKING studio of about 20 m2 (2nd floor without elevator) quiet with views of wooded park, a stone's throw from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the very center of Nancy. The studio is perfectly independent but I live on site with family in another apartment, so I can be very responsive to resolve any concerns.
