Holiday rentals with beach access in Mezcales

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Amazing! Alejandra welcomed us with pleasure even though I unintentionally confused me with the flight schedules and we arrived two hours later than I initially told them. Alejandra was aware of us at all times. Also the staff of Peninsula gave us good service. The facilities are just like the photos, both the unit inside and the building, swimming pool, and beach. The location is quite private and they take security very seriously. To enter the Flamingos area where Peninsula is to be identified, also identify yourself before entering the property facilities, and wear bracelet throughout the stay. I loved that there was only 3 units coming up to our apartment, so there was no wait in the elevator. The assigned parking lot is also relatively close to the elevator. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. We could have two showers and the washing machine at the same time. A/C worked great. We'll be back!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Very good place. The positives are.... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only details I had, which are very minimal, is the access with the key, the keyboard is not very accurate, it battles a little to get in as it fails a bit. The door to the main and bathroom does not finish closing well, the wood is swollen. Minimal but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay for the place and the location, the communication is very good. And the pass in rating 9/10.

The place is amazing, quiet, clean, amenities were really good and there are stores nearby to get everything you need. Also close to Vallarta.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

It is the best Airbnb accommodation I have had, close to the beach club that is a jewel. The sea without waves is like a giant pool, the pools are spotless, the place is comfortable, the Lady Elena is very friendly, the departure and entrance times are excellent as they make the most of the days, I will definitely return, my family and I had a fantastic time.

David's place was a perfect place to decompress for a week. The rooftop is amazing, especially the pool. I spent every morning up there soaking up the views, literally. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As other reviewers have noted, it is darker, but only because I chose not to really have the blinds open, otherwise there is plenty of natural light. But when I was at the apartment, I was on the rooftop anyway! And I was exploring PV most of the day anyway. The location is great - walkable to everything. The 5 de diciembre neighborhood is quieter and more residential. You'll be essentially right at the start of the beach - and can walk to the other end of the beach in about 40 min (at about 10-15 min to the start of the malecon). All in all, this was a great place to stay (also, no hills! and yet an amazing view from the rooftop!).

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Fabulous stay here! We loved that there was a restaurant and pool upstairs that we surprisingly spent lots of time at. Very safe, and peaceful place. Easy cheap quick uber rides to town. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Marek's place. The location is perfect for exploring PV, Zone of Romantica particularly. Beautiful one bedroom modern condo. Spotless and very clean. The balcony is very pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee taking in the beautiful view. The rooftop has an amazing ambiance and vanity pool with a breathtaking view of PV. Friendly staff who are there 24 hours. You're a quick 5 min walk to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the beach as well. His place is nice and quiet. Close enough to the nightlife to walk but far enough where you don't hear it at night. I also really loved the bedroom and shower. I give this place a 10/10 for me personally. This will be my first choice from now on when traveling to PV. Highly recommend.

First time in PV- and wow. This location and view is literally unmatched. Steps down from the blue water, rooftop pool is unmatched, and the balcony in the mornings are heavenly views. I plan to stay here every time in the future for my visits to PV. It was a wonderful time and hope to visit and come here again VERY soon :)
