The house inside was very nice as the photos show and was very clean . The house is functional and ideal for families. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook. The house was waiting for us with all the coffee options and the fridge full of fruits , wine and refreshments . From the yard of the house, there is a unique view of the Ionian Sea , we made sure that we were there during the sunset so as not to miss this magical image. The house is located near the beach of canali and very close with all the other gorgeous beaches in the area . The location of the familiar is a strategy for the excursions of the wider area . Finally , our hosts, no matter how much I searched, there are no words to convey the warmth and love we received from these people . Mrs. Voulitsa , Mr. George and our Leonidas, thank you !

The house has a really beautiful garden and our kids liked playing there. The family is really warm welcoming and we enjoyed that so much. Thanks for the great time!

We just spent a month in this lovely house and everything was perfect. The house is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac where no cars pass and above all has a beautiful garden not overlooked where you can only hear the gentle birdsong. The house is clean, well equipped and we did not lack anything, the owner often asked us if everything was going well and was even pro active by bringing us a hammock to enjoy the sunny days on the terrace. The place is located a few minutes walk from the beach, a convenience store and restaurants. Everything for a very nice stay near the beach in this pretty region of Greece

Great place located just a few minutes from the city center of Preveza. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful with everything! Very kind of them to offer us homemade jam and fruits from their garden. Would definitely suggest the place to a family.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Fabulous! The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. You walk up the path to the villa among beautiful trees, jasmine, mandevilla plants in full bloom and it was a delight to see. Lampros was very charming, met us and showed us around the apartment and we settled in straight away. The front terrace is stunning with views of the sea and a perfect place to chill and relax. The apartment is a short walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket, bakery very close by. It was perfect base to explore the area and there is so much to see and do. We loved our visit to the monastery of Zalongo; Arta, Preveza and Parga; all within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the closest restaurant Aiolos and the meal at The Fish Restaurant (basically dining on the terrace of a family home) was amazing and the family were so friendly. Our favourite meal was lunch at ll Mindo di Mare in Preveza. Villa Avocado 5 stars ❤️?

This is one of the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed in. the interior is very modern and clean and was very well stocked with all the things you'd want! It's overlooking the sea and there's a mini beach below which you can get to in a few mins or you can walk an extra 20 mins and find a much larger beach to hang out at all day. The walk into the town is about 25mins, so maybe you might be best renting a car or moped (although i believe the host might be able to provide you with a bike). Equally a taxi was only €6. The host was superb, so responsive and kind and even brought us a farewell gift which was very thoughtful and something to remember our trip by. If you're looking for a peaceful location where you can just relax and enjoy nature, this is it. Super quiet and tranquil
