Loft holiday rentals in Middle East

The place was absolutely lovely – it felt just like home and matched the photos and description perfectly. One small note: the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb. Just something to keep in mind, but it doesn’t take away from how great the Airbnb was. Eliran was responsive and accomodating during my stay. I was pleased by the quietness of the flat (considering its convenient location) and impressed to have all i needed to make my stay feel at home. The well equipped kitchen and powerful shower were highlights, and, as a person with chronic back pain, i found the bed to be a pleasant change from the far too common, overly plush mattresses around. Though some minor issues did arise, the hosts were quick to address them (even making an uncharacteristic house call on shabbas) and regularly offered means of assistance with everything from travel to cleaning. The flat was an ideal size for me and could not be more convenient for walking and lightrail. Plenty of shops and restaurants within mere minutes on foot and a quick stroll to the beach and the יפו market. Thank you for the efforts you put in to making my stay as comfortable as possible.

Останавливаюсь не первый раз в этой студии. Прекрасный вид, так что даже в плохую погоду вы не упустите ни какпли моря :) Закаты тоже показывают! Около дома ходит весь важный транспорт, можно легко уехать в аэропот, Сапри, Гонио, Ботанический сад за 30 тетри (0,3 GEL). Электрический нагреватель, вода идёт сразу горячая, напор всегда хороший. В холодное время года для отопления хватает кондиционера и обогревателя. Есть небольшая электрическая сушка для белья – удобно во влажном климате. Чистота при заселении всегда идеальная, спасибо!

Great spot from which to explore Tbilisi. Terrace and views are amazing!

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Cozy and affordable and within walking distance of all the sites in the old town area. Close to a Lidl for groceries and lots of eats nearby. The hosts were friendly and accommodating while also giving you your privacy. Would use this one again.

The place it's really great, we had a wonderful holiday there, the house is on a hill, easy to get there if you have a car, have a parking space really big and is very quiet, away from the noise of the city. It has a really big balcony, where you can admire the sea and the landscape. The house had mostly everything we needed, you can find ustensils for cooking basic stuff and relax and it was pretty clean. We haven't meet the host, but he replied to us every time we needed something, so we were satisfied. Because the house is on the hill it's windy, so very pleasant. The only problem we had was some ants, but we managed that pretty quickly.

Another fantastic visit to the place I’ve come to think of as “home” in Beirut. Every trip to Beirut is different, but the loft and Phillipe are a comforting constant. I’ve written previous reviews you can check out, but suffice it to say it is spotless, with an exceedingly comfortable loft bed, fast internet, a great little patio, and well-stocked kitchen. The washer is a huge bonus if you’ll be there awhile. The location in the heart of Badaro can’t be beat, everything you need within steps. Including an excellent hospital, Hotel Dieu, which I unfortunately made good use of this trip. Truly a place I’m always happy to return to.

Замечательная квартира, в реальности выглядит еще лучше, чем на фото! Очень чисто и уютно! В комплекте несколько вариантов подушек, в том числе ортопедические. По соседству множество вкусных ресторанов. Несмотря на близость к оживленной улице на Площади Свободы, окна квартиры выходят во двор, поэтому сохраняется тишина даже если спать с открытым окном. Благодарю за прием, обязательно вернемся снова!

We absolutely loved the apartment and its well-designed interior! What I enjoyed most is how authentic it was, with so many details that you can observe around the flat. Very clean and spacious! The only thing is that the bedroom windows are on the noisy side of the street, so be prepared to hear everything going on outside.

Cem’s flat is really lovely, and Cem went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely flexible and communicative. We could not have had a better experience, and would recommend Cem’s flat to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The place is much bigger than the pictures. Very spacious! Nice kitchen with all the essentials you need. Wifi is fast for remote work and bonus is there an actual desk to use. Place is up a hill - But its not that steep. Shops, resturants, supermarkets & metro are 5 min walk away. Neighbours are nice & quiet and the place is secure. And Irina was very helpfull and great with communicating I would stay again. 10/10

Nana’s apartment was just as pictured and described. Right across the street from a metro station but we chose to walk everywhere as it was a nice walk to Old Town & the river. We had a couple of small issues during our stay but Nana was quick to respond and resolve them. We would definitely stay again.

Sultan was brilliant - easy and efficient communication, checking in was easy after a long journey. The value I got for the price I paid far exceeded what I would’ve got with a hotel. Spacious with access to the kitchen and a nice balcony. I visited for tourism and the F1. The location was great for travel to the circuit, al balad and airport via Ubers. Jeddah is a huge, car oriented city with limited public transport, I had to rely on ubers (about 30-35SAR per trip). There are some food options and shops within walking distance. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would be very quick to book with Sultan again if I’m back in Jeddah anytime!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless and Tamuna always replied very quickly. The are is good too and walking distance from the city center. Shops are close by as well.

David was an amazing host. If I travel tbilisi again, I'll choose that place.

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!
