Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Middle River

We were in Baltimore to visit the aquarium, go to a baseball game, and explore the inner harbor. This space was very convenient - both easy to get to and we were able to walk to the things we wanted to do. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the communication we received, both proactively and when we had questions. This was a perfect spot for the two of us.

I loved staying at Thomas’s place! It’s ideally located in Mount Vernon with lots to do around the area including spots to eat and cute bars. It’s also a somewhat short walk to the train station which is convenient. The apartment is special…very quirky in a wonderful way. I had everything I needed for a comfy stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much anything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable - that’s rare to find for me! The host is super responsive and kind. All said, this is a 5/5 for everything and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in town.

Booked this place for my parents to stay for a few days. My mom loved the place—it was cozy and had everything from TV to pots and pans and working coffee machine. Renee is very friendly host and responsive to our requests. Overall, my parents enjoyed their stay.

Had an amazing stay here! Bob and Beth were extremely responsive hosts and provided a lot of clear instructions on how to find the carriage house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great coffee set up. The surrounding gardens are so lovely! Was quiet and walkable to the local downtown area

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

Lauren is an excellent host. The property was wonderful, clean and suit our needs. The perfect top it off was… there were adequate chips, and fritters - just after we drove in the house.👌 I was a bit hungry, and gave me some time to get my essentials for the stay - which, btw…wasn’t too far. It had a nice walk to the small beach, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lastly, Lauren was exceptional with our request for a late check out. Thank you. Definitely a 5 star! I needed a place for my family to gather for my son’s college graduation. Carlene’s house was exactly what we needed. She responded quickly to all of my questions and the process was very easy. The house was fully renovated and immaculate. Most importantly the location was quiet and peaceful while close to downtown Baltimore and the graduation ceremony. I highly recommend Carlene as a host and this property.

I visited this place with friends, the location was really convenient since it was close to trails. We visited Gun Powder state park and north point state park for hiking. We drove to inner harbor and Annapolis for lunch and afternoon walks it was really easy, it took 30 mins and 50 mins approx respectively There is a local sea food restaurant 1 min walk from the house sea horse inn highly recommend to enjoy local brewery and sea food. Lastly, spend some quality time in the backyard which overlooked the water.

I stayed at Fannie’s place for the long weekend and it was by far one of the best air b&b experience I’ve had yet. The house is beautiful, I love the furniture, and the house smells so good!! Not to mention they had a cute sign by the kitchen with my name welcoming me, and she went above and beyond having goodies for us!! The area is perfect. It’s not far from the main Baltimore area and there’s so many food places in the area that you can walk to and she had great recommendations as well. The backyard was so beautiful with the lights, the hot tub, and the outdoor room with the TV we really enjoyed our time out there. Fannie is extremely communicative with a fast turn around time, cares about her home, and is extremely helpful. I would 10000000% stay here again I love the area check out the Ethiopian cafe too!! Joseph’s place was perfect for our stay in Baltimore. We had to bring our small puppy because she’s too young to stay in pet hotels, and Joseph’s pet-friendly space with a big lawn worked out great. There was a back door leading to the yard that made it really easy to take her out. We had everything we needed, and even some extra conveniences like bathroom products, extra towels, pillows and linens, and a mini fridge upstairs. I’ll be saving this listing for future trips to Baltimore!

Matthew was a great host! His place had everything I needed for a quiet getaway. Close to many things in and around Baltimore! I really enjoyed my stay!!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this charming home. Not good for someone with mobility problems since bathrooms are up and down stairs so not on main entry way. Laundry and kitchen easy to use.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.
