Farmstay holiday rentals in Middlesex County

We chose the house because it was close to family and because we needed 5 bed’s minimum. It was a perfect size and catered for all eleven of us. We felt at home there. The instruction folder was really helpful along with other instructions around the house.

Nikki is an incredible host and her property is absolutely stunning. We had such a lovely quiet getaway and will absolutely be coming back. Breakfast was delicious and we left with feeling relaxed and already missing the pool!

We had a great weekend. This is not the kind of place some airbnbs have become -- a hotel experience. Instead it had an authenticity and humility that we loved. The horses and other animals were fantastic, and the space was very comfortable. We would love to go back again.

I went here just a few days ago. And I recommended this place to my friends who also want's to relax and do some Self Reflection/retreat. My friends was really thankful and happy with the experience he had in the unit. He also had a few conversations with Eleanor. I know it was a last minute again but Thank you so much for accommodating my friend. Highly recommend to be a go to place for self care and self healing. Just peace and quiet and nature

5 stars in every way. The location, the craftsmanship in the building, the kitchen, the game room, the fire pit, the horses, their dog Shadow, all amazing! Anny & Martin were wonderful, accommodating hosts. Very quick responses to any questions we had. Our family had a get together bbq lunch/day, everyone had a great time & enjoyed all of the games & different areas of the property. 8 of us stayed overnight and there were beds and rooms left unused! Thanks again Anny & Martin. All of us look forward to our next visit!

Great place for a weekend getaway with the family. It was nice waking up to such beautiful farm scenery. Woodstock, Ingersoll, and Tillsonburg are a short drive away if you're looking for activities. The barns in the back are off limits but there a nice section of fence where you can see the calves hanging out when they're outside which my kids and I really liked. The hot tub was great too. Thanks Jessie for such a nice weekend :)

We were a group of 12 friends staying over the long weekend, and this place was perfect for a peaceful getaway! The property is quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was clean and ready, and even when there was a small hiccup, the host guided us quickly to fix it. We had a great time with the table tennis and pool table, and the presence of goats, horses, and a pig added to the farm charm. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Big thanks to the host for the extended checkout—super thoughtful, especially with the weather. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a proper farm stay! As it’s a real farm, there’s a bit of that authentic countryside atmosphere—including some natural smells—which adds to the charm if you’re expecting that experience.

This was one of the nicest places any of us had stayed. All 6 of us were so impressed by all that was offered in this place. Definitely a place we’d all go to again. Jessica and Peter were so accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely recommend and come again.

This location was perfect for a group of 19 guests! And our dog stayed with us too! Everyone loved the pool- was safely gated so the kids couldn’t get in without an adult! The property was huge- great for walks and all the yard games we brought :) The kitchen was a great size for all the snacks and meal prep! We used the BBQ for most of the cooking :) Communication was great and very helpful when I misunderstood some booking information- everything was fixed up super fast :)

Diane’s place was the perfect size for our group of eight guys. There is plenty of space for hanging out and socializing. Diane was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We will be back again next year :)

David’s house was beautiful and had lots of space! We traveled with three kids, 2 and under. They all LOVED the pool, as did the adults. The Children’s Museum was super fun. We’re bummed we didn’t stay a couple days longer to check out other attractions like Storybook Gardens.

Very nice stay, super clean, super comfy, all amenities working well. Lots of room for families.
