Had such a lovely stay at Ashley & Simon's cottage. Me and my boyfriend felt right at home as soon as we got there and both hosts were so friendly from the get go. The decor was stunning and so homely - loved the artwork in the bedroom! Everything we needed was already equipped in the cottage. The bed was SUPER comfy and the hot tub was a great way to end our little week away 😍🛀 Would definitely stay here again if ever in Kelso! Highly recommend! ⭐️

Probably the best Air B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! Fabulous scenery with wildlife outside your door. Welcome pack included roses, wine and the best home made lemon drizzle cake we’ve ever tasted. Unfortunately we had to leave a couple of days early due to my health, but we will be back at some stage, that’s for sure.

The cottage was gorgeously idyllic and private. The cottage itself was super well appointed and comfortable. The exterior was landscaped beautifully and the views were breathtaking. We got engaged during our visit because my fiancé was moved to propose due to the perfect setting. We will return if we are back in the area.

Brilliant and helpful host, lovely quiet place to stay and relax, plus Stirling, Falkirk and Alloa all around a 20 min drive or taxi to go our for the day. The trip was just what me and my partner needed to relax, the hot tub is an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay with my family at this historic cottage. Especially loved the easy access to the Fife Coastal Path that we walked daily into Burntisland or Aberdour. Excellent hosts as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property!

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

A lovely little cottage in the village of West Linton, it was very comfortable with nice touches which made me feel at home. I highly recommend.

A quaint cottage in which to stay while we visited the Edinburgh area. Super-easy to get to by car. A small corner grocery store is just a few hundred metres away. But the bonus was having sheep show up outside our back window one evening! Also, there is lots of area on the property to go for a walk, including up to the stables that are nearby. Highly recommended!

Tigh Nam Muc is a beautifully decorated cottage with all the required amenities and very comfortable beds. It is ideal for trips into Edinburgh...would recommend the park and ride as parking fairly limited in the city centre. We enjoyed Portobello, the National Museum of Scotland, Dalkeith Country Park and Edinburgh zoo. Although not far from Edinburgh, it felt peaceful and quiet. Ideal for families like ours (toddler and a 4 month old!) Sue was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Pine Cottage was wonderfully comfortable. The cottage which is on a gorgeous golf course is very clean and well equipped. I would stay there every time I’m in Edinburgh if I could. We loved it!

We had a fantastic time, it was so peaceful and relaxing along with being a short distance away from Edinburgh. We felt right at home and are looking forward to booking our return visit soon.

the house was gorgeous and the surroundings were even better! i had been left in charge of finding a place to stay for a family trip and my parents were so happy with it! genuinely such a beautiful house and sally was super helpful and kind, hoping to come back at some point! x

I felt like we had hit the jackpot when we walked into The Garden Bothy - it’s just stunning. Not only was it immaculately clean with beautiful linen but there were so many great little touches - fresh flowers from the estate, the most heavenly hand soaps, games and all the essentials you’d need during your stay. The estate itself is beautiful and we enjoyed wandering around and using the cute vintage bikes that are available for guests. This is by far, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, and incredible value for money. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Will & Henri

Absolutely perfect. Not a single thing you could want for…..every need is catered for. Loved the welcome package of bread, spreads and the most delicious fudge ever. Beautiful location. An absolute gem in the forest. Loved our stay. Fabulously presented.

My husband stayed here for work and thought it was a lovely little cottage annex in a fantastic location. The views are great and the annex is well equipped, clean, comfortable and peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hosts were friendly and answered queries quickly. It was nice to meet them and chat.

Stayed here for our annual friends trip. We are both history nuts so went to Linlithgow Palace, Edinburgh Castle and town, Palace of Holyrood and Roslin Chapel which were all less than an hours drive from the airb&b. Will & Henrietta’s place is beautiful, set on the estate with the old brickwork. It’s a lovely mix of modern with vintage charm inside. The conservatory was my favourite place especially for my morning coffee and was a great retreat once we got back from a busy day out. Everything was clean and tidy with instructions where necessary. Unfortunately, didn’t get to meet our hosts but they were on hand for anything we needed. We arrived very late at night as drove from North London so found it a little difficult to find, however this was mainly down to it being dark. Have suggested for instructions to be provided in case of anyone else coming late at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it felt very homely and was the peaceful escape we both needed.

This is without a doubt the most beautiful air BnB we have ever stayed in. It was utterly stunning. Incredibly beautiful interiors, super comfortable bed, heavenly hot tub and external space. We had the most magical weekend there relaxing in such peaceful and private surroundings. Don’t even give it a second thought. Just book.

Wonderful stay near Rosslyn Chapel. Gorgeous view, enchanting garden, and lovely sunroom. The living room converts into a nice second bedroom. We had a great time!

Unfortunately, I haven‘t been in the AirBNB myself as I booked the cottage for my mum and her partner, but they said they very much enjoyed their stay and felt at home. The communication with Suzie and Glenn was great and they were very helpful! Thank you 💛
