We really enjoyed this stay! The space was great with everything as described and had everything we needed. It’s a great walkable neighborhood with a market, cute breakfast spot, and the park and zoo all within 10 minutes. As the description says, the space is in the basement of the house, therefore voices and sounds are very easily heard but we generally had no issues with this. The bed was a bit softer than what we’re used to so we didn’t get the best sleep, but that’s just us, and still would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

Nice little place to stay, within walking distance of downtown Decatur. Check-in and check-out process was super simple.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times while in town for business, and it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but nothing compares to the warmth and comfort of this spot. The cozy atmosphere, large window overlooking the charming neighborhood, and peaceful garden outside make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Heather, the host, is incredible – the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She’s attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her space. I only wish every host could be as thoughtful and accommodating as Heather. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just another stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Theresa’s place was spectacular! I was forced to leave another Airbnb location due to an infestation. It was in the middle of the night and I needed to get my children to safety. The host responded immediately!!! She made me feel very comfortable and right at home. We were also in town for the festival and she gave us blankets and a roller bag to borrow for the festival. I couldn’t be more thankful. There is an extra parking spot just for guests, the is a washer and dryer. She even had books and toys for small children. There is a Publix only 7 minutes away. It’s super easy to get to the airport. Small and quiet! Just the kind of place I needed for myself and my children. I would definitely recommend and I will be back!

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

Recently stayed at Emily’s Airbnb, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless. Her communication before and during the trip was excellent—thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The space itself is beyond cozy. It honestly felt like the kind of place I’d love to rent, if I lived in Atlanta, as a long-term apartment if that were an option. I appreciated the spacious layout, the little touches like a yoga mat, access to both a front and back porch, and the convenience of laundry on-site. Natural light pours in, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. It’s absolutely a place I’d return to. If it’s available, don’t hesitate—just book it.

Love this place. It has character and charm. Super safe and nice to be close to everything yet set back enough to feel like a peaceful retrieve from busy city life. John is a fastidious and caring host. 10/10 looking forward to staying here upon my next visit to Atlanta.

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

Staying here was such a treat! The home is beautiful and the space is very private, cozy, and pleasant. Would highly recommend a stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at Darci’s place. We were in town for a concert and did mostly night life activities. The guest house was private and clean, and our host included lots of snacks and also free eggs from their chickens. We didn’t get to use any but we were excited to have them. We only seen her husband once in passing and he was collecting eggs, and gave a friendly wave, which my husband enjoyed seeing. Although it is a guest house, you wouldn’t think so because of all your privacy. Will definitely come back if we’re in town again!

I enjoyed staying at Shuo’s place. The place was very clean & more spacious than expected. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Air bnb’s before, but never without my parents/guardians because I’m only 19. This was my first that i personally got for my brother, friend, and I. Came up from Florida for the night for a concert at the Roxy center 10 minutes away. Place was nice and clean, nice beds, living room was good with couch, blanket, pillows and Tv. Bathroom was nice too. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in town for a night or more.

If you are looking for a place outside of the city, or conveniently located in Duluth, I highly recommend staying here.

This has always been my go-to spot when visiting Atlanta. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Beltline and Ponce City Market, and the value is exceptional. Syid is an outstanding host who goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. He offers high-end amenities like a beautiful pool and a luxury hot tub, all at a very reasonable price; especially considering how trendy this part of Atlanta is. While the listing doesn’t include on-site parking, I’ve consistently found free street parking nearby. Even if I have to walk a block or two, it’s never been an issue, especially with how much I save by staying here. And as a female, I’ve always felt safe in the area. Syid communicates thoroughly before and after booking, and again before check-in. I personally appreciate this level of clarity, it sets expectations and eliminates surprises, which is exactly what I want when spending my hard-earned money. I’d much rather a host be upfront and transparent, and Syid definitely is. I trave

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive—making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rental itself was exactly as pictured online—thoughtfully designed, perfectly apportioned, and extremely comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home. The location was equally impressive. Nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, the property offered both peace and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Sandy Springs. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all just minutes away, making it an ideal home base for our weekend getaway. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return!
