Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i den roligende atmosfæren på Ulsberg. Naturen er rett utenfor døren. Bøker og brettspill i bokhylla og fyr i peisen. Tre soverom, parkering, stor plen og god plass til alle. Dette er plassen for å slappe av, nyte naturen og være sammen. Fjelltoppen Gråhøa finner du fem km til fots fra trappa, og Oppdal er kun 20 minutter unna med bil. Trondheim ca en time kjøring. Hunder er selvfølgelig hjertelig velkommen. Velkommen til «Doktorhytta,» en romslig hytte i foten av Ilfjellet. Kort vei til fiskevann og et veldig flott turterreng. Hytta har ikke innlagt vann eller strøm, men det er gasskomfyr, gasskjøleskap og solcelle (12v) til lys og lading av elektronikk. Hytta har 2 soverom med familiekøye på ett rom. Det andre rommet har køyeseng og en feltseng. Toalett er innendørs. Flott utsikt mot Oppdal- og Budalsfjella. Veien brøytes ikke på vinteren, men scooterskyss kan organiseres.

Large year-round family cottage!

Cabin in the mountains in Soknedal with proximity to water with swimming opportunities, the forest is right outside with easy terrain and sometimes lots of berries and mushrooms. In winter, there are both ski slopes and snowmobile tracks nearby, and miles of peaceful terrain to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: The cabin is rented out without bed linen and towels. All guests must clean up after themselves. The cabin is used regularly by the owners and personal belongings will be visible.
