Welcome to The Sleeping Bear Retreat. We are a unique property, spanning 6+ acres, of the most beautiful wooded mountain top setting. We are less than 8 minutes from the center of town, and JT’s amazing shops and food scene. PennsPeak, Paintball, River Rafting, skiing, amazing hiking and biking trials all close by! This is a private studio lodge room, with a private entrance, detached from the main house. After the day’s adventures are complete you will be comfortable, warm, and relaxed!

This is a Studio condo at the Appalachian Condos at Mountain Creek. This spacious studio condo unit has beautiful Warwick Valley views that features 1 king size bed, a living room area with a full-size pullout sofa and a fireplace, kitchenette with a 2 burner stove-top, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, 3-person dining table and bathroom with standard tub/shower combo. High speed internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime streaming services are included as well as all utilities.

Pool House Standard Double Full at Callicoon Hills

The Pool House sits behind the main Boarding House and provides easy access to the King-sized Pool. Luggage assistance is cheerfully provided for rooms on the Second Floor. This room is fitted with two double beds and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.Up to two dogs are allowed in this room( Subject to availability). Fee Starts at $60.00+tax. You must register your dog ahead of time to prevent extra fees. You can find the Dog form in the guest manual after you book.

Coop 4 at The Rest Catskills is a deluxe room that is beautifully appointed with a pillow hammock, seating area, HDTV, a desk/bar, and a queen bed with organic cotton bedding you won’t want to rise from! This Deluxe room also has a private bathroom, with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the heated pool, bar/restaurant area, and free continental breakfast provided Wed-Sun! We are a dog-friendly location!
