Here you can find a lot of green area, fruit trees (orange, apple, fique), flowers and see birds competing for the gifts of a fruit garden. It's a lovely place halfway between Lisbon (20Km highway to get in and 25Km to the center) and Ericeira (12m). Good choice for those who want visit capital town and enjoy beach or surf. The villa has a modern and cozy decor, lots of light, two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to allow you a peaceful stay. Please note: we are currently required to charge a tourist fee whose value depends on the duration of your stay. At the time of booking, an average amount of €6 per person can be, within the limit, 11€ is charged. The agreement will be made at check-in.

Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.
