Katahdin Retreat Millinocket

Lake house with full view of Katahdin. Paddleboards and kayaks available. It offers a large open kitchen/living room. Cabin has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10. Enjoy a hike, bike, or just soak in the view of Mt. Katahdin from the sauna. There are 5 star restaurants within 1/2 mile, Knife Edge Brewery, Golden Road Yacht Club, River Drivers, Fredricka's. The perfect weekend getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Millinocket area, Smith Pond cabin-Loon Haven

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.

Near Downtown Apartment

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Katahdin's Rest is the perfect Maine getaway. Lakefront home located only minutes to prime hiking in Baxter State Park (Mt Katahdin, and the Appalachian Trail). Our vacation home has a private dock for fishing or tying up your boat, public boat launch nearby, and waterfront on 2 sides of the property. Included in your rental is the use of 3 kayaks and 1 canoe. Relaxation and outdoor activities await, all that's missing here is you!
