The place looked exactly like the pictures and had the amenities that we needed. Would definitely book again next time we're back in the city!

The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Thank you Homescapes for your hospitality! We had everything we needed! The location of the building is very convenient for getting to the city center. There is also a small cafe downstairs. My child really enjoys the garden and the pool on the second floor. The mini golf next to the complex requires personal equipment, so we were not able to play. The view from the balcony is very peaceful, they also have outdoor areas on each floor if you want to breathe fresh air and admire the city from above. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off and we could not figure out how to turn it on, but Homescapes sent us a technician within 5 minutes of contacting them and he turned on the water heater. Our flight was quite late and the owners allowed us to stay in the unit a little longer for an additional fee.

I highly recommend Jlea’s place and hands down for her hosting skills as she is quick to respond to any of my questions/concerns, we appreciate her going above and beyond to accomplish any of our needs and she makes sure that we are comfortable during our stay. The place is a superb clean and have a nice balcony view, near to shops and have a good amenities (swimming pool/gym/spa etc) .

I will stay at Val's place again. The location is perfect, with Festive Walk a mere five minutes walk. The flat has a nice balcony view of the Festive Bridge to the left and the vast expanse of still undeveloped land to the right. It has two balconies (one in the bedroom) and this is the only building in this area that has an actual living room and bedroom plus a maid's room with its own loo. There were a few things that needed fixing which I flagged and I'm sure Val (being super responsive and proactive that he is) will have these things sorted immediately. 🙂 I will stay at this flat again! So far it's been quiet and I'm hoping either no lives in the floor above or the neighbors are just respectful and quiet. No dragging of furniture and loud noises. You can hear the occasional loud vehicle from outside especially at night. Definitely will recommend this place for its great value and location, and Val's great hosting.

Isagani's apartment absolutely worth the price. The place is basic but absolutely fulfills all requirements we needed for two persons for two nights to explore El Nido. Seperate rooms, A/C, clean kitchen and shower room, centrally located still in a very-very calm street. Due to not existing house nrs in the Philippines it was not easy to find but Isagani was very reactive on chat and always available, so we could discuss everything efficiently in English via AirBnB chat. They also own a local travel agency and offered correct price for the daily El Nido tours where everything was perfect. So all in all I fully recommend Isagani's place.

Very spacious with a flexible checkin and responsive host.

The place is big and ideal for groups, it is also complete of ammenities has a stove for cooking so you can enjoy the fresh fish from the market and also has complete set of utensils. the rooms are also clean with towels and linen. Also allowed us to checkin early since there were no guests prior to our stay. Friendly and attentive hosts.

Our stay at Amami was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities and cozy beds. We particularly loved the everything especially the wooden house , the beach side, food was yummy and would definitely recommend this beautiful place anyone visiting the beautiful islands Big thanks to the staff Mr. Glenn the bartender and the sweetest. Great place! Clean, peaceful, and really spacious. The access to the beach is a bonus too. The caretaker is very helpful. The welcome tray of fresh fruits is such a sweet gesture. Amazing host!

The entire stay was wonderful, 10/10! The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. As an Iloilo local, I can say that this unit is one of the places that has the perfect sunset view within the city.

Although I did not enjoy it as much as I did because of the typhoon, the house was very satisfied. Especially, the swimming pool was large enough and deep enough for children and adults to play. But there are ants and worms it personally has not been great inconvenience as by regional characteristics. And it was a very satisfying trip because the kind landlady cared about many things.
